This forced transition into unfamiliar areas of the software is frustrating, especially during budget season, which highlights a disregard for user experience in favor of the IT team's preferences. The surveys would be nice if we can do analysis with the results as it seems too simplistic. We are currently going to stay with Google Forms as we can create charts and graphs with the information. Next challenge is having fillable forms vs just pdf for the residents to access for things like Architectural Permits, and waivers. > > I have been on both the admin side and as a resident.
