Perfect communication tool

Commenti: I was looking for a tool to communicate easily with various groups of employees. I liked what I saw on the website so I figured I would give it a try. Being able to send the same message to my employees all at once is an invaluable tool. We had a server outage and I was able to communicate with everyone to give them status updates without having to call each one.

It's easy to use. I have multiple groups set up so that I can communicate with specific groups of people instantaneously.

Aspetti negativi:

Nothing. I can't think of any improvements.

Commenti: Safe Family Defense LLC has been using Textmagic for years to send important texts to small groups of clients pre and post events they have enrolled in. It has fantastic for this purpose. We especially like the ability Textmagic gives to include attachments by way of a link for the client to use to access the file. I have been considerably impressed with the level of customer service I have received from Textmagic. Lastly, I do have to mention, the new interface is wonderful and appears well thought out.

Textmagic has been integral in communicating important information to our clients. It allows us to send out reminders, information, review requests, and pictures to our clients following a training session. The cut and paste feature for numbers we are sending to is priceless. The customer service I receive from Textmagic is excellent.

Aspetti negativi:

We are thinking about starting to use Textmagic for SMS marketing to large lists of clients; however, we are struggling with the cost structure Textmagic has in place. At this point, it is looking like Textmagic is going to be a bit to pricey for us to use them at this point for this purpose. There are competitors out there charging less for a comparable product in this capacity.

Commenti: For something I am obligated to use daily, it makes my job harder. And this is just to send text messages, forget trying to do anything more complex like sending a picture.
Here's one of long list of things: If I send a group text, let me send another message to that same group or make it editable if I have to add/delete someone with a single-click process.

How does a site primarily functioning as a text messaging service crash and glitch regularly? This site's interface is clumsy and dated. I suggest using other apps and compare it to yours.

Great platform for messaging customers

Aspetti positivi:

I like that I have a central place to message my customers on an individual basis, with a well designed platform where I can keep track of individual conversions. A lot of competing services required that I link to them via APIs, where I just wanted a direct solution.

Aspetti negativi:

I would prefer if we could purchase packs or plans rather than paying per message.

Commenti: It’s easy to set up and use for the most part. There are a few small challenges along the way Like validating your text for sending “mass texts“. Those didn’t take long to do but did take a little time and thought (and that would be true at any of their competitors). Importing contacts is as easy as importing a CSV or Excel file. I love being able to schedule the text and use that frequently. It’s easy to respond to replies via my phone and my standard messaging app.

Straightforward, ability to: import contacts (or add 1 at a time), personalize texts with data from import/entry (like first name, receive responses and respond from my phone or computer (no additional app required), Schedule texts to get maximum reads, keep history, See contact name in responses if loaded with data. Huge timesaver with personal feel of texting 1 on 1. Handles all the unsubscribe info for me.

Aspetti negativi:

The price just went up And I don’t particularly like paying the new monthly fee for the standard phone number - I liked the cheaper better, but it’s still worth the price for me.

Perfect Communication Tool!

Commenti: Excellent. Easy to use and super convenient way to communicate with all staff, when needed.

User-friendly. We don't have a need to use Textmagic too often so it's nice to be able to pick it up and easily set up our messages to send. Being able to set up different groups - we can sort our staff by site for messaging.

Aspetti negativi:

Can't say there is anything I like least. I did have a problem getting a message to send but found out it was due to a setting on my phone.

Easy to use interface, I set up my texts to be sent at certain times and let text magic do the rest.

Aspetti negativi:

I don’t like the iOS app always asking me to enter password after so many logins. Then requiring a text code validation. I’d rather it integrate with Face ID.

It's so easy to connect with online clients through a business text number - Textmagic makes it idiot-proof to get your business set up and sales templates in going!

Aspetti negativi:

I wish it was back to the lower threshold of $10 before refills (or that they had that option) for low-use accounts. In between launches, I often don't need a lot of texting capacity for follow-ups.

You can check the history to see if anyone did not get the message and follow that up if needed.

This is a much much more fairly priced tool than other similar tools, especially for smaller businesses who might not want to or need to send 10,000 texts a day.

Aspetti negativi:

Please develop the whatsapp integration! People are so much more forgiving of business reach outs, even warm calls, when it's in whatsapp and they're not mistaking it for a text from their mom or whatever.

Great for building SMS Product Launches

I’ve run several SMS driven product launches, specifically around my the release of my books. And it’s super important that the messages are sent out at very specific times, received and opened within a very short period of time during my launch sequence. TextMagic has been perfect for these launches, working well with Zapier ensuring my data is nicely synced and then delivering 200+ messages on time. Very happy!

SMS messages consistently fail or take several days to be delivered, despite showing as delivered in system logs. There is no New Zealand Shared number to use.

Commenti: Something changed in 2022. The software worked well but on more than 1 occasion we found residents didn’t receive a text. As a test we contacted a building and texted all of the phones. Not one person received the message but Text Magic charged for the messages. We found a much better reputable company called SimplyTexting. SimpleTexting is cheaper with more capabilities and all texts are sent.

TextMagic - Robust SMS Marketing is Alive and Well

Commenti: When we initially weighed our options in terms of outreach, SMS marketing didn't come up at first, as it is naturally assumed to be an archaic means of communication by our current standards. Eventually unable to generate the interest in potential customers by other means, we turned to targeted SMS marketing to get the job done. Although we have no experience with alternative providers, TextMagic has fulfilled it's purpose as a stand-alone SMS marketing platform - and we couldn't be happier with it.

TextMagic happened to be our first dive into targeted SMS marketing some six months ago, and we have remained with it since. Although SMS marketing doesn't offer immediate feedback in terms of reach like other platforms do, we have seen a significant increase in both new and returning clients over the course of using their services. It turns out SMS is a far more feasible avenue for marketing than we expected, as social media itself is overly saturated, and e-mail inboxes are far too cluttered and chaotic in general for there to be any hope of a marketing email making it to a client.

Aspetti negativi:

There isn't much to say in terms of cons, as TextMagic offers every tool necessary to generate (as well as gauge and manage) interest via text messaging.

TextMagic: Communicate Directly With Your Audience

Commenti: I managed to launch successful promotional and communications campaign, and have the message get right away to the targeted audience as compared to other means where the message opening rate is low (email) or where the message gets lost in a flood of content (social media). Great experience. I definitely recommend.

Aspetti positivi:

I love the fact that their SMS delivery rate are almost at 100%. The SMS length calculator is very useful and helps in saving costs. Their pre-build SMS templates are very useful and helps save time and copy-writing efforts. Best of all, the multiple numbers from which the SMS can be sent, if not the most sought Custom Sender ID, for optimal branding.

I would appreciate that the prices get lower, or packs for unlimited SMS's for a day for example, were available.
