I love that I can set recurring donations for my church tithe on my payday. I don't have to worry about remembering my check book or logging to my bank account to do a BillPay transaction. Set it and forget it\! 2) As one of the pastors at church, it's often a challenge to collect money for different ministries and keep them straight. With SimpleGive all we have to do is set up a line for that ministry and have our people choose that fund to give to. One of the things we have been most appreciative of with SimpleGive is the customer support team. If you have a question or issue, they are extremely willing to get a person on the phone (and quickly\!) to help resolve it. It allows for designations within the few categories of giving that we have. > > **Inconvenienti**: The reporting from SimpleGive is severely lacking in at least one area. It seems an oversight in programming: It is impossible to see the breakdown of fees for a given period. A person can see the donations made for the period, but in order to see the fees you actually have to click on every individual gift and add them up\! The reporting should include a very simple breakdown of donations (gross), debit card fees, credit card fees, total collected by church (net). > > Overall things seem to be going well. We do need a solution for the above problem. This may be significant enough to switch companies during 2019.
