My team spends a considerable amount of extra hours cleaning up the formatting when it doesn't export well or when we export into our template, but want to align with the clients RFP format - most times, it doesn't export that way, so the proposal managers spend countless hours cleaning this up. I have addressed this in the past. I would love it if there was a way we could have some sort of sequential author answering in the project. Today, we have multiple people that could contribute to one response. When one person is done, there is no way to track their progress, so what we have to do is create a manual process for tracking.
