The level of service our team gets from Kangaroo is out of this world. From setup to ongoing support, they've answered our questions with patience and ease. [sensitive content hidden] has been of the top examples of best customer service I've seen across all of our vendors.
Aspetti negativi:
Nothing yet! Some features were "wishlist" and they've already delivered on some and are looking into implementing others.

Very easy to integrate & great support
Commenti: The learning curve hasn't been too difficult and where my managers or associates had questions, support was happy to arrange a demonstration/training. Our customers and employees are excited to have the program.

Feature requests for future updates: Individual account login by retail location (Admin and Manager level permissions). CSV customer export. Ability to use customer-facing tablet for program signup as well as POS checkout. Sorting options in Customer Dashboard.

Loyalty Program with Kangaroo
Commenti: It was an added value for customer retention efforts and building a streamlined customer data base that you can access anytime.
Aspetti positivi:
The fact that Kangaroo provides an actual customized application for the end user to download and use is great. The support team is very helpful and responsive.
Aspetti negativi:
The admin dashboard is a bit confusing but like everything you can get used to it after a while of using it, but the support team is always available to guide you along the way.

A Pleasant and Seamless Experience with Kangaroo Rewards and Team
Commenti: Overall our experience with Kangaroo was very positive. There were multiple trainings and guidance along the way that made us more than prepared for our loyalty program launch. We were left with a ton of resources that support our team. We know it has been a successful integration based on the positive feedback from our customers and the minimal troubleshooting post-launch.

Not only was it the functionality of Kangaroo that made this relationship a success, but also their amazing customer service. We worked with Janice and she was incredibly helpful, available, and knowledgable at all times. Live Chat and the entire customer service team made this integration seamless for us.
Aspetti negativi:
Not much to say about things we liked the least. The only issues we ran into were design customization as it relates to branding. Definitely room for improvement but not a deal breaker.
Kangaroo is Great!

The customer facing app is something that is great for making immediate contact with key clients. The U.I. is also perfect as it easy and digestible for both the client and ourselves.

Small Business Loyalty Program
Commenti: Within a month, we have been able to see ourselves move towards our goals which include customer retention, customer engagement, higher purchase frequency, and order values. Setting up reward programs can be a lengthy and stressful process, however, with Kangaroo, we were able to launch it within 15 days after the introductory meetings.

Firstly, I absolutely loved working with the Team. From the initial introductory meetings to the onboarding process, Kangaroo Team was on top of everything. Team was diligent, dedicated to providing us with all the functions necessary, and very efficient. Secondly the setup process was smooth and quick.

As a small business, this was a costly investment.
