Easy to use for an afforable price

Commenti: Prompt and efficient customer service, easy to use, and very sleek and professional looking.

Aspetti positivi:

The software is very user friends. With a 500+ person location, we have rolled this out with minimal complaints or questions. We even had a member from our security vendor ask about it, as he was impressed with its looks and easy use.

Aspetti negativi:

It could benefit to have more customization and the ability to test emergency alerts without sending them to everyone.

Great Product/Service

Commenti: Although I don't get to use it much, I do maintain the hardware and software for the devices utilizing the iLobby service, and I can say that it has been pleasantly simple. The straightforward UI makes almost any user capable of understanding and completing sign-ins for our office. As far as an experience from a business perspective, it's hard to deny the convenience allowed to our receptionist who can remain on the same floor as the rest of the company and not have to waste time or money managing the front door of our office.

Ease of use and convenience on tablet OS makes the visitor/contractor sign in experience much more efficient and user-friendly. At a company with multiple warehouses and many summer student/temporary employees, this service is a huge help in keeping track of hours and helps enforce security for our office entry points as well.

Aspetti negativi:

Already wrote my cons in a previous review regarding online messaging support, however after having a direct line of communication with an account coordinator, we have yet to have any further problems in acquiring assistance for the iLobby service.

Commenti: This software is a great asset because it allows our guests to check themselves in without my presence or assistance. Because there are times when I can't be present to greet our guests this allows the check-in and check-out process to go smooth.

Aspetti positivi:

This software is easy to use and for the most part self sufficient. I don't have to be present for people to use it. The software is easy to manage and keep updated.

Aspetti negativi:

The biggest challenge I have is the printer and the kiosk break communication occasionally and there's not much to do but call for customer service at times. There have been a few times when my system was down for a short time until the system corrected itself. When I have large groups checking in, it does take a while for them to check in, because of the slow communication with the printer. This causes impatience with guests at times.

Aspetti positivi:

Easy to set up and very user friendly straight out of the box couple that with the quick response from the iLobby team and getting this set up, in use, and modified for our specific use was easily accomplished.

Aspetti negativi:

There are a few hard-coded features that we did not need and a few we wanted to change that was not able to be changed. No show stopping problems but just a few items that would have been nice to have.

Commenti: Response was slow, and I feel there is lack of attention to customer needs, and more like "this is our product, like it!"

Ability to present different kind of documents and media, with or without signature, take a picture, scan a bar code if they completed part of it at home.

Aspetti negativi:

Not flexible to upload documents and set their order Not tracking progress, e.g. How far you watched the video? It will restart if you came back. Not able to see the progress from the portal

My team implemented iLobby as a way for visitors to be accounted for and organized. It was effective in doing so!

There were two minor glitches that came about in the main interface, but the customer service was quick to fix our problem.

Commenti: For years we had a receptionist that registered people as they came in and we struggled with when she was out for vacation, sick, personal days to replace her. With iLobby registering the people electronically we no longer needed a person to sit at the entry way. She was able to move onto other tasks in her department.

Easy to use and configure. The iPad and kiosk looks great in our building entrance.

Aspetti negativi:

With the iPad scanning a license is difficult because the camera is on the back of the iPad.

Good System - needs tweaking for school use.

Commenti: It is great that iLobby sends an email to the person chosen as being visited. Easy to use, easy to load rolls in printer.

Easy to use and to instruct others on use. Easy to review who has logged in as a visitor.

Aspetti negativi:

Print mechanism fickle. Does not always print a label. We believe it does not print a label for someone logging in again in less than 24 hours. But even accounting for this, printer does not always print out a label.

Aspetti positivi:

System is very modern and quick. Its easy to use and we get a lot of compliments.

Aspetti negativi:

Parts of the software were not working correctly upon implementation. We also had a few customizations which were buggy at first. After several rounds of back and forth, things were sorted out but it was frustrating for the start of implementation. Things have been running smooth for almost a year now.

Commenti: Very good experience thus far with iLobby. Communication is good and deadlines are met on time.

Good product right out of the box and easy to get setup and start using. The customer support staff are quick to respond, seem knowledgeable about the product and communicate well based on what is needed

Aspetti negativi:

Some of the things we talked about in our initial meetings was not available in the software and had to be part of a custom development that extended the time that it took for us to start using the software on a daily basis.

Excellent Visitor Management System

Commenti: We have replaced a much more costly security guard or greeter with this system that allows visitors to check in and their hosts come to pick them up inside our outer lobby. This works really well at our facility.

I liked the integration into our existing system without adding any data to our network.

There was not much I did not like. I only recommend the option to customize the phone system so that we can redirect the call in number.

iLobby is very easy to set up and use. The app platform sitting on the iPad along with Bluetooth badge printer are frequently complimented on by our visitors. The iLobby staff was very helpful in back end set up and act with a high degree of professionalism

Notifications are very helpful, and the interface looks very nice. Having a database of confidentiality agreements are very convenient.

Aspetti negativi:

No easy way to change mistyped user information. Would be nice to have a way to 'batch' check-in groups of pre-created visitors for specific events where 20+ people need to wait in line to check in.
