I advice the status on my ticket each time - when it isn't working they take ages to get back and/or advise it's my fault. When it is work they say "Glad to hear everything is working properly now. Let us know if you have any more questions." The things it ISN'T working properly - it's just an intermittent issue. And the trouble is once you have saved all your passwords into Roboform you can't get access to secure sites. I often can't do my company banking\! > > VERY FRUSTRATING.
