They loved that they could see what their child was doing each day (especially after an emotional or difficult drop off). If relatives lived far away, they could still feel included in the child's life with these regular updates. The app was especially helpful during the pandemic when families were not allowed inside the daycare. We would take photos/videos of the environment and upload these for the families to see where their child would be spending their time - offering a virtual tour.
