> **Vantaggi**: La collaborazione in tempo reale è il punto di forza assoluto: poter lavorare sulla stessa email con i colleghi, assegnare conversazioni e aggiungere note interne ha eliminato decine di messaggi inutili su altri canali. L'interfaccia è pulita e la curva di apprendimento sorprendentemente bassa. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo rispetto ad alternative simili.

> **Inconvenienti**: L'app mobile potrebbe essere ulteriormente ottimizzata per alcune funzioni avanzate. Nulla di bloccante, ma c'è margine di miglioramento rispetto alla versione desktop.

> **Vantaggi**: There are a lot of players in this space, but Missive does one thing (shared mailbox) really well; the collaborative drafts with real-time editing (like a shared google doc) are nice, the comments/discussions on emails are easy to use, the rules are comprehensive, labels with sharing (auto-share to specific users when a label is applied) are neat, and they have apps for each platform (Mac, iOS, Android, etc.) which is much nicer than just a web app.

> **Inconvenienti**: The pricing has increased over time. I wish they had free (or lower cost) observer users - there are many cases where we'd like a larger group of users to have access to certain labels (to occasionally lookup something) but can't justify the cost of a license for all those occasionally users. The tasks feature seems clunky (I never understood it so I don't use it).

> Great if you're looking for a tool that does one thing really well (shared mailbox), but if you're looking for all-in-one platforms with fancy AI automations, there are other options.
