I really wanted to use and like it, but then i had a taste of how they handle customers and I will gladly use anything else, no matter how good they might be. I received a sales call after signing up for a trial. I was told certain features were there, I just need to add my bank account info. I was offered amazing discounts in order to sign a 1 year contract right there on the call, which I did. By the time I could test the whole thing, the trial had expired. The sticker is, the feature i was promised was actually an upsell, and BECAUSE I DID NOT ASK IF IT COSTS EXTRA, they did not tell me. By the time i found out, the 30 day trial expired. I politely asked Bexio to cancel anyway, but with many emails and phone calls they insisted that i signed the contract and I have to pay and it doesn't matter. Legally they are right, but its no way to run a business - just trying to get people to sign contracts and then extract money from unhappy people. I explained that this is unhealthy business practice, but they would rather get a few hundred francs from an unsatisfied potential customer than create a fan base of happy customers. Meine Erfahrung mit Bexio war enttäuschend und endet nun in einer Kostenfalle. 1. Ich fühlte mich telefonisch massiv zum Kauf gedrängt. Nach Abschluss musste ich feststellen, dass die Software für meine Zwecke unzureichend ist – simple Funktionen, die bei der Konkurrenz Standard sind, fehlen hier oder sind unnötig kompliziert. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt für mich absolut nicht. Aufgrund dessen habe ich die Software faktisch nie genutzt. 2. Die Abo-Falle: Leider habe ich vergessen, das Abo fristgerecht zu kündigen (mein Fehler). Als die Mail zur automatischen Verlängerung um ein weiteres Jahr (Kostenpunkt 800.-) kam, habe ich sofort reagiert, den Fall geschildert und um Stornierung gebeten, da der Service nie genutzt wurde. 3. Null Kulanz \& Inkasso: Anstatt einer kundenfreundlichen Lösung zeigte sich Bexio komplett stur. Es gab null Kulanz. Schlimmer noch: Nun wurde sofort ein Inkassobüro eingeschaltet, das 1200.- fordert. Die Differenz wird als angeblicher 'Verzugsschaden' deklariert. > > Man zahlt Apothekenpreise, erhält ein unterdurchschnittliches Produkt und wird bei Problemen sofort mit Inkasso unter Druck gesetzt. Finger weg\!
