Aspetti positivi:

The features are great and they actually work! After trying every software on capterra and more, FieldPulse allowed me to stop looking and get back to business. As an owner/operator I'm able to access the features I need in the field as well as the desktop. All the features are there in addition to many customization options. And the support is second to none. I've been able to get a human at all hours of the day and they are dedicated to customer satisfaction. Getting set up was a breeze and the support team guided me every step of the way (when needed). A slick gui AND good functionality? I'll take it.

Aspetti negativi:

It could be more customizable, but isn't too limited. There are certain features that I'd like to see that aren't currently present, but then again no one does it all. And any software that had these features certainly lacked in most others. The team is also very responsive and interested in user feature requests. Sure, it's got it's bugs here and there. But when I mention one, the team usually knows about it and are on it already. That, or it was user malfunction.

Commenti: I was able to use all relevant features immediately.
My favorite features include knowing when the customers open the estimate or invoice, being able to send via email and text to the customers.

It is easy to use. It lets you capture the photos(evidence) of your work and to easily document the issues left unresolved and why. My customers love getting professional invoicrs with lots of notes and explanations.

Aspetti negativi:

With poor internet connections it can take a while to upload pictures on the invoice.

Commenti: Was never able to use the software and took over 6 months for the data migration to be completed. Management is very dishonest. They are more concerned with locking you into contracts than having a good product.

Commenti: I give it a 10 out of 10. Customer service along with the onboarding process and the continued follow up after becoming a customer, I give them a 11 out of 10. They have made the switch over to them seamless. I cannot say enough about how helpful everyone has been with Field Pulse.

The team environment that customer service has with us. I like the ability to customize the forms to show what is needed and even to create our own forms to suit our needs. The ability to sent out contracts and take payments is another big aspect with Field Pulse. Once you understand how the Jobs and Invoices are tailored it makes keeping everything in place, nice and neat.

Aspetti negativi:

When I have found something that did not work as efficient as it could the team at Field Pulse always has found a way to fix it. The ability to pull reports could be done better. The software is so detailed that sometimes pulling a simple report can be cumbersome.

One of the few times that cheaper paid off.

Commenti: It is a well rounded field management software that isn't as popular as it should be. There was a time the Pricebook didn't work right, you couldn't add multiple quantities of a service which made it unusable, but they have since updated that and is the biggest reason I made the switch from HCP.

Aspetti positivi:

I like how it can do so much and you have the option to run your business how you would like. I like the Pricebook and creating options. There is a lot of customization. I love the pipeline and statuses of jobs, quotes, invoices, etc it's really helpful and of course all customizable.

Aspetti negativi:

I was a little skeptical that I had to sign up for a year, something I wouldn't normally do, but having used it for a few months now, I'm really glad I did. With that said, I wish reporting was better and wish it looked more modern, it's definitely dated looking. I wish I felt like there was a bigger group of people using the software, like HCP, their Facebook group is large and very active. Always just relying on customer support is only one way to look at things. Overall I'm happy I'm with Fieldpulse, after having used Jobber and HCP for many years.

Commenti: Everything has been a great experience working their team. From the sales team to the onboarding and support teams, they were more useful and knowledgeable than their Service Titan counterparts, or other apps we’ve tried.

Aspetti positivi:

The onboarding and support teams with Field Pulse have been far superior to our experiences with Service Titan or other products. The mobile app is also a vast improvement from other products and has virtually no limitations from the website features.

Aspetti negativi:

The lack of payroll features is really the only issue I have with this product. It’s a fairly large issue for us but the support and development team has been working with me on workarounds.

Commenti: Overall I have had a good experience with Fieldpulse other than the little glitches that happen. Some of these have been fixed and the Fieldpulse team is very good at communicating and working with you to diligently fix an issues that come up. I also really appreciated that the Fieldpulse team added some features that our business needs that are not normally part of the software.

Aspetti positivi:

I deal with purchasing and creating purchase orders. I like that it is so easy to create PO's with the software and even easier to receive them. Just a matter of changing the status and updating the POs as necessary. It is also a lot easier to create invoices with Fieldpulse and collect payment. They recently added the feature to save credit cards for future payments and that saves a lot of time and hassle for the both our business and the customer as well. Lastly, The support that Fieldpulse provides is amazing! they are quick to respond and always keep you updated on all the changes happening.

Aspetti negativi:

There is a glitch when searching up customers. I will search up a specific customer and click on that customer but the software will take me to a different profile. Its easy to work around as you just have to search again and it will be fine. But its something that you will have to pay attention when dealing with different profiles. Although I will say since we have started using fieldpulse and it has had a few updates it has happened significantly less. Still happens once in a blue moon but the frequency has decreased over time.

An upgrade from our previous CRM program

Commenti: My experience overall with FieldPulse has been mostly positive. I think the software is a good fit for the company as it has improved productivity and is definitely an upgrade from our previous software. There are some small issues we run into here and there, but I have faith that the FieldPulse team will address and fix them, as they have done for us before.

I think the reporting feature could use a little improvement. I like the wide-range of reports you are able to pull, but it takes a little long to load larger reports.

Commenti: Listen other platforms customer service at best is less than mediocre. You don't get one person reaching out, you have several people reaching wit patience and understanding. They want to know the way that you do things and then they walk you through the way your process can work in the platform not ounce not twice. But as many times as you need. Your success is theirs. Truly.

Commenti: It has been great. I'm a newer, smaller company, and the amount they offer for the price that I am paying is extremely competitive. Their customer service, easy to use software, and price point have made it easy to run 90% of my company's administrative needs on just their application. I will be using them for the foreseeable future.

Easy setup. Amazing software for everything from invoicing, customer contact management, bookkeeping, and all organizational features that I need to run my heating and air company. Also haven't had any sort of bugs or anything on the software which I had with other similar applications.

Aspetti negativi:

This isn't a huge deal, but I would like to see more customization options for their forms. That is a big thing to be able to have and use on certain jobs, like estimates or tune-ups, and would be nice to be able to send to the customer as well. I would like to have the ability to have options on certain questions of the form, as well as being able to attach a file or picture to specific form questions. Similar to other software systems that I have used in the past.

Well, it didn't start great. My customer service rep was less than helpful. It almost felt like I had no customer service. But then [sensitive content hidden] came to the rescue and showed how great customer service can be.

I wish they had customizable work order numbers. I have my own numbers and I can't use them.
