Mi è sempre piaciuto ma devo ricredermi visto i blocchi sulle funzionalità

Ci si perde in un bicchier d'acqua purtroppo. Ho pagato l'abbonamento più altro per avere massima libertà, premetto che utilizzo il vostro servizio dal 2018 e ho attivi 2 account. Ho registrato un webinar dando la possibilità ai miei potenziali clienti di vederlo in qualsiasi momento attraverso la classica registrazione (nome ed email), il problema principale è che se la persona si iscrive al webinar e per un qualsiasi motivo deve interromperlo o si interrompe la luce a casa, lui non potrà più vedere quel webinar poichè il sistema lo blocca e quindi deve obbligatoriamente registrarsi CON UN'ALTRA MAIL per vedere il webinar. Sarebbe intelligente che il sistema riconosca quella mail già registrata dandogli la possibilità di accedere al webinar (visto che è già stato registrato). Le persone possono avere bisogno di vedere più volte un webinar per capire il funzionamento di un'azienda oppure di poterlo vedere con il proprio partner, con questo blocco è impossibile.

Un ottimo compagno per campagne e landing

Commenti: Concludendo il mio parere su GetResponse, posso dire che mi ha facilitato tanto l'avvio di una campagna di mail marketing tramite una landing page strutturata sulla presentazione di un nuovo servizio. Certo, se si utilizza lo strumento a fondo, bisogna studiare per capirne tutte le funzionalità Avanzate. Tutto sommato lo consiglio perché potrebbe essere uno strumento utile per diverse aziende.

Aspetti positivi:

uno dei punti chiave di GetResponse è la sua interfaccia intuitiva e user-friendly. Anche chi ha meno dimestichezza sarà in grado di navigare facilmente nel software e sfruttare tutte le sue funzionalità senza andare in ebollizione :D. L'interfaccia è progettata molto bene ed ha tutte le principali funzioni in primo piano. Questo mi ha facilitato tanto la creazione di template per le mail e landing page

Aspetti negativi:

Come ho scritto già per diversi software similari, dovrebbero migliorare tutti la libreria dei template pre impostati. Non c'è tantissima scelta e credo sia una grave pecca soprattutto per chi desidera diversificare la propria comunicazione.

Commenti: Non l'ho utilizzato per molto dato che l'ho usato per fare dei test e a nessuno di quelli per cui lavoravo (me compreso) piacevano le grafiche delle landing

Aspetti positivi:

A un prezzo contenuto riesci a creare delle landing, fare un po di email marketing e testare a un prezzo contenuto per vedere una risposta dagli utenti senza spendere troppo per fare dei test.

Aspetti negativi:

L'editor grafico delle landing è veramente limitato, sembra di fare delle pagine graficamente ferme a 20 anni fa. Con le versioni a basso prezzo puoi a malapena fare un po' di email marketing . Appena ti serve qualcosa di più evoluto devi passare a qualcosa di migliore

Commenti: Esperienza più che positiva, tutt'ora viene utilizzato per tutte le attività di mail marketing e per la creazione di landing page.

Aspetti positivi:

Il costo più basso rispetto ad altri competitor; la facila d'uso con cui abbiamo imparato ad utilizzarlo; il supporto clienti molto reattivo e risolutivo.Possibilità di crerare landing page molto velocemente, sondaggi e molto altro.Davvero ricco du funzioni utili per il marketing.

La creazione dei funnel è orientata alla vendita di prodotti e non servizi.

The Most Simple Email Marketing Software

Commenti: A great product for email marketing and lead generation.

We've been using GetResponse for a long time now across several other businesses we run and by far they're the best in terms of marketing automation and Customer support. The support team takes time to send useful weekly emails to new clients to help them better use their software. This educational aspect of theirs shows how concerned they are with the client's experience that's what we're chasing after.We create and run email marketing easily with great automation features and there are a lot of prebuilt email templates to start off with. The ideas are quite helpful.It also supports a lot of integrations which makes marketing super easy and less stressful. The tool itself is very affordable and result-driven- Don't where'll find the best elsewhere.

Aspetti negativi:

Sales convention comes at an extra cost and times it's not really easy to accurately keep track of email bounce rates. We have issues controlling this and would love to hear about how to control it.I don't think their website builder is great compared to the advanced ones we've used

The product is also very easy to use, very user friendly, looks simple and simple, so it is very easy for this software to integrate with all my business needs.

BAD EXPERIENCE AS AN AFFILIATE: COMMISSIONS NOT PAID

Commenti: I have been their customer long ago and tried to start being their affiliate, inspired by some marketers online. I referred a friend of mine as a test, and commissions initially were paid. Then, WITHOUT any prior notice, they simply stopped paying commissions, they deleted the customer from my referral panel BUT they still charged her, and she is still their customer. So I reached out the support for an explanation: initially, after days of investigation, they replied that the customer still existed and commissions were pending, which was false. After posting screenshots of my panel which clearly displays ZERO customer and commissions, and waiting other WEEKS for an answer, they replied that there was a violation of the terms: "The Affiliate is not entitled to the Commission for the purchases of the Service through their own referral link". Which, again is COMPLETELY FALSE: the customer is a friend of mine, with her credit card, her company, her name and surname and she is a different person and entity and she has not used anything (nor mail, credit card etc) related to me. It seems a tricky way to not pay a tiny commission and respond with weeks of "investigation" delaying which at the endpoint resulted in a false accusation. UPDATE After multiple attempts, and even the customer wrote to them that she is a different person, with HER COMPANY, and using HER DIFFERENT CREDIT CARD, they refused to pay the commission, claiming that they have "other evidence" of something not specified (I hope that they understood that we are not the same person at least). It seems a hideous attempt to not pay a commission leveraging false accusations and claims. No matter what proof we bring (even if the customer has a registered company), they refuse to pay and they answer AFTER DAYS.

Its easy to create amazing emails.
It has AI powered tools.

Get Response offers a website & landing page builder. Its free to use for the first 30 days. I liked the autoresponder. Get Response has a mobile app.

Aspetti negativi:

For me automations are very limited. Its not user friendly. More advanced features are only available for higher paid plans.

Good for bloggers

Commenti: Good for small bloggers and who’s building the email list, for bigger email lists, the only downside I had was the no option to downgrade my plan to free after I tested the paid one.

When I upgraded from the free plan I realized that I didn’t needed yet the upgrade and wanted to go back as my list size could still fit in the free plan, so I tried to go back and they said I couldn’t but didn’t really worth for me to stay in the next level plan when I was still building my email list. Because of that I needed to cancel my account

***PLEASE READ - BUYER BEWARE - GET RESPONSE SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED ***

Commenti: We used Get Response for almost 3 years with no issues. It is a basic service but for the most part it worked adequately. Nothing fancy, no integration with the website and it lacked other basic services, but it did work to send out email promotions.
We typically have a sale once a month and would send out a couple emails about it to our email list. Additionally we would send out some other emails sharing a video or a story with our customers. During the 2023 Black Friday/Cyber Monday weekend we sent out 5 emails in a week to promote our sales. Get Response turned off our services and accused us of spamming customers and also getting emails without permission. This did not happen and we communicated this directly to them, each email to their company was met with no emotion, no help and nor resolution.
We were told we needed to show where we received all of our emails from (we had 28,000 emails), make changes to our website and approve the deletion of 14,000 emails, to have the capability to send emails again. I tried many times to email, chat and call and ACTUALLY talk to someone about this misunderstanding, I got nothing except for them to repeat the same thing over and over. We were not able to finish our email campaigns for the sale and as a result lost thousands of dollars.
ALL communication from them was either a bot or a template that was used. There was no help from them whatsoever. We work with many companies and I have never received such terrible service. There was no effort to try and help us and only a very cold response to every inquiry we made. While this service might seem good to use, the customer service is terrible and if you trigger something in their system they WILL turn you off and hold all of your emails hostage. They completely controlled our company and the ability to communicate with customers that signed up through our website to receive emails from us. Get Response has cost our company thousands of dollars by not taking one moment to talk with us and try to fix the issue. Please look to other companies for these services, in the end it is too costly to lose your contacts. We went with Klaviyo and have been very happy. Mail Chimp is also a great alternative.

I've mad major deliverability problems in the past and also when they make changes the "legacy" forms or e-mails you have created are hard to continue to use. Customer service is okay, but not great.

The two things I loved the most about GetResponse is 1- The design and how easy to use and how highly functional.2- Their customer service around the clock is unparalleled.Whenever I needed technical help with my email automation or anything else in the system, I would get immediate help from GetResponse with the highest customer service satisfaction.

Aspetti negativi:

The pricing! It is a bit too expensive to use email automation, especially if you're at the beginning of your online business journey. However, I still highly recommend it, especially if you are already making high profits from your business, because it's the best software for email marketing, in my opinion and experience. It makes your work so much easier.

Customer service could be a little bit easier to get ahold of. I also had some issues with functionality, nothing major and got resolved

The easiest to use for a novice was Get Response. I have tested a huge variety of other goods. GetResponse caters to both fresh email marketers and those with extensive education.

The pricing may still be out of reach for certain users, especially those who are just starting out or have smaller subscriber lists, despite the fact that the platform offers a variety of programmes customised to varied demands.
