Recensioni su Make
Great competitor to Zapier, but not for everyone
Automatismi rapidi ed efficaci
Aspetti positivi:
Grazie a Make ho la possibilità di far partire le campagne di automazioni all'interno del CRM Keap Infusionsoft
Aspetti negativi:
Spesso, quando appare un errore nelle sequenze, se non si tiene d'occhio la casella mail si rischia di scoprire troppo tardi che la sequenza si è interrotta
Automatizzare i processi aziendali
Aspetti positivi:
One of the best Marketing automation hubs
Aspetti positivi:
Tools usually don't have native integrations with each other.Make.com is your best friend in these cases. You can easily set up conections between tools and do all kinds of workflow management stuff (Branches, routers, filters, transform data etc).Usually tools have an integration with make but, if you don't have it, you can always use the API.
Aspetti negativi:
It can become expensive because you pay per each operation that runs

Make Up Your Mind & Use Make!
Commenti: Make is Amazing: Make Up Your Mind & Make Your Life Easier & USE MAKE! This is Not a Paid Review, This Is Not an Employee Of The Company, This is a Woman In The USA Who Utilizes Free Tools In Creative Ways To Make Never Before Made Workflows By Integrating The Free Tools On My Free Tool List. Make Is In My Top Three FYI. Use It & I’m Sure It’ll Be In Your Top Three As Well!
Aspetti positivi:
Make Has Done What It Needs To As A Tool : Make My Life Easy. I Work in Social Media & I Own Multiple Brands & I Run Many Accounts. Since I’m Bootstrapping My Businesses To Success, I Was Quickly Looking For An Alternative Tool To Zapier, Make Was My Choice. However I Soon Realized, Make Is NOT AN ALTERNATIVE TO ZAPIER. Make Should Go Hand in Hand W/ Zapier. Using Both Tools Can Automate Your Workflows & Get Your Objectives Done, Leaving The Most Valuable & Priceless Thing That You’ve Been Wanting : Time That You Can’t Buy Back. Make Has Many Use Cases, Too Many To Name. But You Can Automate Processes & Integrate Apps To Get Tasks Done Without You Manually Doing Them. Use It For Complex / Creative Workflows, Or Use It To Add Extra Security On Your iPhone To Track Your Phone If Ever Stolen… It Can Do Many Things. & It’s a Must Need To Use Tool in My Tool List!
Aspetti negativi:
I Least Liked The Limit on Make Of The Free Tier! Only Because I Think If Other People Were Able To Experience More of What Make Can Do Without Being Pushed To Buy Access To The Product, That It Would Sell Itself.
Good value in case of simple flows.
Commenti:
Overall, integrating this with a custom developed platform was a painful process.
It is an excellent tool for small to medium businesses that need to automate light processes (like requesting feedback after an order was placed, or autoreplying); but it falls short when it is needed for integrating with other custom APIs; as an example: a JSON schema cannot be defined upfront, it can only be inferred from an actual endpoint call - meaning that the model that Make suggest, may not reflect the actual response that will be received in various scenarios.
The model definitions, are stored in a data store (which is also part of the platform), but the data store is extremely limited in terms of what it can store vs cost; so for custom solutions the costs will increase rapidly.
Aspetti positivi:
It provides a friendly and easy-to-use interface for defining and maintaining simple flows - these are called scenarios and they are comprised of tasks. It has connectivity with a wide range of services (pretty much all mainstream social apps, chat apps and email apps) The interface also allows you to see the general status of the execution, along with stats like number of running instances and an overview of completed/ failed scenarios. Also, the fact that this is provided as a SaaS solution made it appealing from a setup & configuration point of view.
Aspetti negativi:
It is lightweight, meaning that anything above defining a simple flow that sends messages to a number of persons is extremely hard to implement. Although it has support for JSON or for calling web APIs, this is cumbersome, even for a technical user. In a similar fasion, it comes with the ability to define webhooks, but these are generally focused on mainstream social media platforms. Additionally, the active scenarios overview is extremely light, it does not give information about the actual tasks, only about the scenario itself - at times, this made it hard for the business users to determine what had gone wrong.

Great API management and connection platform
Commenti: Overall extremely satisfied. It is one of the cheapest options for our company. It is also very versatile, as it allows to build custom apps, which is made easy by good building interface.
Aspetti positivi:
It has a lot of preset applications ready for use such as Shopify, FreeAgent, Excel, Google Sheets, etc. Once you understand the layout it's very easy to work with.
Aspetti negativi:
It requires a weekly authentication for google accounts, which must be done manually. Also, the google connection setup is more complicated compared to the alternative platforms like Zapier.
Alternative considerate:
Great tool to start and grow
Commenti: I am very grateful for Makes existence.
Aspetti positivi:
No-code are great when it is easy to start with them but you can learn and grow with them without hitting a ceiling too early. Make fulfills this.
Aspetti negativi:
To be honest, nothing really comes to mind right now.
Alternative considerate:
If you think in terms of business integration, then Make is unavoidable
Commenti: It's a pleasure to create with it.
Aspetti positivi:
You can put together the most complex integrations quickly, easily, cheaply, and without coding.
Aspetti negativi:
There's nothing I don't like about Make.
Easily and Profesionally Connect your data across platforms
Commenti: Great, we have around 40+ scenarios running that make sure our data is on all the correct places at all time.
Aspetti positivi:
Easy to create your flows, connect the different apps and handle errors.
Aspetti negativi:
Support has been slow in replying when something is not working or I'm not really sure if I'm doing it correctly.
Alternative considerate:
Automations MADE easy with Make
Commenti: Essential piece of kit for our Ai Automations Agency that just works. Connecting things that fire upon triggers is a life saver and increases productivity
Aspetti positivi:
The automation of set and leave for a lot of our daily processes and the ability to connect so many APIs
Aspetti negativi:
Not a lot to complain about but maybe advanced pricing options for different levels of usage than already exist
Beautiful workflows but beware of pricing
Commenti: I'm constantly on the lookout for another tool that can replace make due to the cons listed, but try as I may there are none that can do all the things that Make can do.
Aspetti positivi:
Love the ability to route multiple inputs to multiple outputs. Has a very intuitive visual flow which I wish more products would adopt.
Aspetti negativi:
Billing, apples to apples more expensive than other products in the space. Charges for all operations.Custom code not well documented. Even the most basic things take some research.Navigation not exactly great with data tables being located in the main menu and you'd want to have them in flows. Also seems very stingy with storage allocations.
Alternative considerate:
A useful alternative to Zapier
Aspetti positivi:
Multiple paths and error handling are better than in Zapier. Good value plans with generous free tier.
Aspetti negativi:
UX can the confusing at times. It’s frustrating there isn’t a custom code action readily available.
Alternative considerate:
The best overall option out there. Support needs improvement.
Commenti: Make is an excellent product overall, and in my opinion has the best mix of features, usability, features, etc. It also comes at a much lower price than Zapier for most uses. This is very important.
Aspetti positivi:
Make is one of the most flexible SAAS products on the market. Its interface is more intuitive to me than Zapier. I love the workflow diagram structure. It works with a huge number of different apps. When I started using it, I needed Zapier to fill in some of the gaps where Make could not complete the needed integration (at least natively). Since that time, Make has added nearly all of my required integrations. It also has the flexibility to work with the API directly.
Aspetti negativi:
Support takes a really long time to get back to you. Often times the response leaves something to be desired. Other times, the response is great (though slow). The transition from Integromat to Make was not handled very well. There are tonnes of complaints about problems caused as a result of the transition. Some of the complaints are warranted, others are overblown in my opinion. Would love the ability to run an automation again when things go wrong. This is currently missing (there may be a complex solution that I'm not aware of).
One of the best automation tools I've used
Aspetti positivi:
Make is great when you want to automate stuff between various platforms and there are no native integrations. After watching a few videos of people using it, it became easy to jump right into it and create scenarios. Even if a tool has no integration with Make, using the API is fairly easy.
Aspetti negativi:
Since Make charges per operation, it can become somewhat expensive, but besides that nothing comes to mind.
Integration and Automation
Commenti: Make is a very robust tool that can help org's fulfill a wide array of business needs in a quick and efficient manner. Any drawbacks are seemingly outweighed by the amount of time and money saved by being able to quickly integrate and automate processes between various services and platforms.
Aspetti positivi:
Make's ability to integrate with a wide array of services and platforms that may or may not be integratabtle otherwise has really helped our org streamline the creation of some vital business processes as well as streamlining the actual processes themselves as well. The tool is highly reliable and intuitive to set up and use.
Aspetti negativi:
Some of Make's UI can be a little frustrating to work with (in a very minor way) from time to time. Auto-saving and versioning features could be better as well.
Excellent tool for automation
Commenti: Great, very good customer support.
Aspetti positivi:
It is easy to use. The visual user interface is awesome.
Aspetti negativi:
Bit limited in terms of data management options
Good & flexible platform
Commenti: I was looking for a platform that would connect to AirCall. There aren’t so many out there, at least not so many that would mean the quick solution I was looking for (needed raw data of the calls for customised reporting).
Aspetti positivi:
Definitely the pro is the pricing. You have the possibility to select a plan based on the operations you estimate to use monthly. And there are a lot of options (eg. 10k, 20k, 40k etc.) - not jumping from 10k to 50k and then to 200k as I’ve seen on other platforms.
Aspetti negativi:
I recall the setup was not the easiest, took me a bit of time. It was not rocket science looking back, but I have seen more intuitive.
Easy-to-use
Commenti: Easy to use, understand with generous free plan.
Aspetti positivi:
User Interface is the best and easy to understand, generous free plan.
Aspetti negativi:
Integrated apps may not as much as it's competitor at the moment
Essential Workflow Management Tool
Aspetti positivi:
Flexibility, Cost saving, Shared across the whole team
Aspetti negativi:
Could be more user friendly, helpdesk article could be more complete
Powerful and visually pleasing automation tool
Commenti: This is a versatile platform for automating simple or complex workflows in a secure, elegant and uncomplicated way.
Aspetti positivi:
The visualization it provides of the creation of workflows is very nice. I really like the drag and drop tool that makes it easy to connect applications. It greatly minimizes data loss and avoids errors. The no-code automation it offers, allows the construction of workflows in a simple way. With this platform, repetitive tasks are automated with great simplicity and efficiency.
Aspetti negativi:
I found nothing to dislike, it has a very useful and versatile set of capabilities.
Best automation platform on the market
Aspetti positivi:
The most amount of applications it can integrate with.
Aspetti negativi:
Steep learning curve as compared to competitors like Zapier.
excellent integration tool
Aspetti positivi:
easy to use and very complete, has the widest range of integrations compared to the competition
Aspetti negativi:
only the connection with the personal gmail account because every 7 days you need to enable it again
Make is the new gold
Aspetti positivi:
I think Make has everything you could ask for in an iPaa. It has more and more services and is getting closer to Zapier. It beats him by a long shot with the visual section: making the connections as diagrams is great.
Aspetti negativi:
Be careful because some automations can be expensive due to the pricing system.
Alternative considerate:
Great tool for nocode integrations
Aspetti positivi:
Easy and well working tool. Ideal for simple integrations.
Aspetti negativi:
More complex scenarios are difficult to handle.
All these things we couldn't have done
Commenti: I'm running a lot of automation that makes my life easier, with an incredible gain of time. It could be simply e-mails sorting, data collection, social media posts... the range of use of Make is incredible, there is approximately nothing you can't do with it!
Aspetti positivi:
Make is an incredibly great tool for automation. I like the product direction and the continuous expansion of Ootb integrations available that are for now covering all our needs. The ROI is great.
Aspetti negativi:
It's sometimes a bit complicated to use for non-techie people, compare to their competitors - sounds less intuitive than Zapier for instance.
