> **Inconvenienti**: Keela 1.0 is rough around the edges in some aspects. For example, the e-blast editor is difficult to navigate on a laptop or smaller desktop screen as some text boxes or drop down menus get squished or pushed off screen, and pressing one wrong button could lead you to lose your work.

> Keela and their team has been exceptional in their customer service and getting back with answers to my questions.
