> **Vantaggi**: Eliminating unnecessary tasks \&amp; communications means the ability to use limited available staff much more efficiently on other tasks. Also, attracting \&amp; retaining the new generation of sales talent, who expects to have modern tools of their trade at their disposal, to be more effective in their role.

> **Inconvenienti**: Well, I always want more new features for all my software, like yesterday\! That said, BAM\! does update versions \&amp; functions regularly.

> This was a very good business decision. A bit of a leap of faith, since sales enablement isn't the household name that other 3 letter words are (think: CRM, ERP, etc). But everything it said it would do, it did. The cost of the platform (which is actually a relatively light spend) is a drop in the bucket compared to not only the time savings for multiple, highly paid members of the team - but also gives the sales reps more time with their customers, and in turn, growth in sales.

I used to spend WAY too much time making sure the sales staff and dealer reps have the latest versions of product catalogs, sell sheets, sales playbooks, etc. but I would still inevitably find out people were sharing dated and inaccurate content with customers or training against an old standard and then when the finger-pointing commenced it was ultimately on me.  &#10;&#10;With the BAM\! mobile app we have no doubt about what the most up to date content is, our reps are getting access to the latest training and selling aids right from their pocket and they can focus their energy on their customers instead wasting time digging for product information.

> **Vantaggi**: I love the ability to easily send new information to our dealers who will have the most impact from the information I can share through BAM\! This will speed up the distribution of information as well open up the line of communication with them. The setup on the back end is fairly straight forward with simplicity as well as a few more advanced features to get more technical with information available. A feature I am super excited to utilize is the User Generated Content; I look forward to creating incentives with my dealers and use some user generated content in my future marketing. From a user perspective, the front end of the application is very user friendly and to me self explanatory.

I wish there were suggestions to help take PC content and make it more responsive and mobile friendly without extra effort on my end. Additionally, when some of my content is not all the same size within one document. The ease of viewing is skewed a bit.
