This can take some doing, so when a Customer Success Rep called \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] offered an onboarding session, I jumped at the chance. This was just the best onboarding I have ever had...she was so helpful, knowledgable and friendly, set up loads of templates for me and made me want to exploit the system for all that I could. The feel of it is pretty outdated in my opinion. It reminds me of the early 2010's.
