Excellent software for marketing teams

I would like an additional filter on location that allows me to pinpoint a specific state within the country I'm looking for. It is pricy, but considering the value I get out of it and the ROI from being able to target very specific people and land a deal, it is worth the cost. It has forced me to level up my email marketing skills so that I can make the most out of the contacts I imported. Overall, I'm very pleased with Lead Forensics.
Not worth the money, run away
Commenti: At the very beginning of my trial (which really isn't a trial), I told them that I just didn't see value in it. They told me 'too bad' you still have to pay the year subscription. It wasn't the message I received when I signed the contract to trial.... so make sure you are 100% onboard before taking the next step. After experiencing all of this, not really sure how they are still in business.

They do a good job onboarding you and teaching how to leverage it. Very talented sales team that is ready to overcome any objection you might have. The closest related experience to this is like buying a used car. High pressure sales... some people like getting sold that way.

I didn't like how they trick you into a contract just so you can test drive (get your hands on it) the software before actually buying it. There is really no way of seeing if this thing will actually work unless you commit to a year subscription. And my situation, the leads I was seeing were just registered companies on Google. That doesn't work for us. We are more of a B2C business, which I kept telling the rep So buyer beware if you are wanting leads from actual people. Not going to work for you.I was also oversold on the HubSpot integration. It isn't two-way syncing. You have to upload your HS contacts via text file if you want to see them in this tool. The integration is basically worthless from my point of view.
Love Lead Forensics

A Beneficial Tool for Sales & Marketing!

Pretty Nice Tool to have

My favorite part about LF is being able to track prospect activity on the website. You can see the parts of the website that people are enjoying overall, and where each prospect spend the majority of their time, which is really helpful in prepping for sales calls, or gauging interest after a sales call/when expecting a signed contract. I can also use utm source trackers in my campaigns and see that prospects are engaging with a particular campaign to hone in on future efforts.
Aspetti negativi:
Not every organization pulls through to LF accurately. Some of the real time reports are false alarms. But the team is really great about staying on top of those and looking into any specific website visits to provide some additional guidance that may be helpful.

Great Tool at a Reasonable Cost
Commenti: This is a great product when coupled with a strong marketing plan designed to drive website traffic. It provided a steady stream of solid leads and the means to catalog and track them.

This program provided plenty of qualified leads for me to follow up on, leading to an increased customer base across multiple industries. Being able to gather actual contact info for the companies visiting our site was super helpful.

Visibility is Key
Commenti: I think it has been a very positive experience. Lead Forensics can do a lot, but it is important to ensure that it is working in the capacity that you need it to, and that it is working as effective as it can be for the needs of the company/individual. There is fine tuning involved. It evolved with the company, and each user, depending on need. It has a lot of capabilities and it is easy to use, overall. The support is great!

It was a friendly team, eager to get a full picture of business so that they could personalize the tool for us. There was instant communication and the team is highly approachable.

It took more than one show & tell to grasp fully how to utilize it. Perhaps for a sales teams, it is important to clearly explain what type of leads are generated and how to utilize the various features. It's not that it wasn't explained on the first round, but it may take more than one session for a sales team to grasp how to use this tool effectively, especially if they used to doing things one way.

A great tool to track & grow your potential sales leads
Commenti: Overall, we've had mixed feelings about Lead Forensics and its capabilities. While some of our sales team find it helpful, not every team member uses the platform on a regular basis. This is a bit problematic since the software is quite expensive. While the information provided and the leads shown are helpful, they lack the detail our team needs to execute sales calls meaningfully.

I really like how easy Lead Forensics is to use. The dashboard is very easy to use and the whole software layout is simple and intuitively designed. The dashboard can be customized to show the things you find helpful such as recent site visits, most popular pages, and the most active companies.

My biggest gripe with the software is less a critique of this particular platform, but of the software category as a whole. My biggest complaint with the software is how vague and unspecific it can be with the quality of leads it displays much of the time. Most of the leads shown will show the company name, the general location (usually the headquarters address for the company), and some background info about pages visited and time spent on the site. Unfortunately, this info is not always enough to tell us exactly who is looking at what. A lead is nice, but it's very difficult to narrow down who was looking with most large companies, especially when they are large, multinational companies with dozens of locations and tens of thousands of employees.

Stay away from this useless scam
Commenti: A Scam. They tell you what you want to hear on the sales call and then the contract fine print does not match. During my Free Trial, they showed me and give me access to the 250 leads we had generated from visitors to our website. Then during the sales pitch, I was told I would have access to all visitors that hit our website if they can see who they are. Once I signed the contract I was then told later when I hit my limit of 100 leads per month that that is all I get for my nearly $500 per month commitment. Even though I had clearly asked during the several sales calls that I would have access to unlimited leads that hit our own website I was then told after the contract was signed I can only download up to 100 per month. That was never disclosed and was insinuated that since during the trial it was much more than 100 leads that I would get all of them. I complained to management early on they promised to listen to the recorded calls but I never heard back about any resolution. The sales rep smooth-talked me and begged me to sign the contract from my phone while I was on vacation so he could win a contest and got me! Got me good with his lies!

it's all a con. during my 14-day trial i had over 250 leads and during the sales calls they insinuated I would be able to access all the business leads that visit my own website. ONly to find out later after signing a contract that for $500 a month with a 12-month contract I could only access up to 100
Horrible Experience With Lead Forensics
Commenti: We had a horrible experience working with Lead Forensics. Not only is the tool completely useless to us (we get the exact same data in our CRM for FREE - than you Hubspot) but their customer service is horrendous and they have zero emphasis on customer satisfaction. The fact that they lock you into a long-term commitment before you even get to truly experience the value of the tool (extremely limited trial) shows you that they anticipate you wanting to cancel and wouldn't make any money if you could subscribe month-to-month like 99% of the other legitimate SaaS companies allow for.

Truly nothing. We've had absolutely zero ROI for this purchase, which cost us many thousands of dollars in a locked-in contract.

They over-promise and under-deliver. I am not the only one out there, and I highly recommend checking out their reviews here, on G2, and with the Better Business Bureau to verify that. Their sales team is super pushy and just wants to make a sale. It's unfortunate when a company just cares about the dollars and don't care about the value that they [don't] provide. The software technically works as advertised, but the data that you receive is totally useless, doesn't account for the region, and unless you get super lucky to have a small business with an easily-identifiable decision-maker, you may as well just find contact information on Google and reach out cold.
Great for what it is, could use some enhancements
Commenti: We were using Snitcher to better understand who was visiting our website. We trialed Lead Forensics at the same time and captured 3x as many visitors. It was more expensive, but still much less expensive than other tools. Now we can market to the right companies that are interested in our product.

Provides the ability to see what companies are visiting our website. Doesn't capture everybody, but had a much higher hit rate than Snitcher. Features like real-time email alerts when key accounts visit the site provide great value.
Aspetti negativi:
It errors out on logging in often. The UI isn't the easiest to navigate beyond the basic homepage/visitors screens. It still misses a lot of visitors.
CONSTANT SPAM E-Mails
Commenti: Terrible, unprofessional, and illegal.
Aspetti positivi:
Literally nothing at all - we tried the software when they first got in touch. It is clearly aimed at people who want to constantly spam market at people, which is now illegal.
