The annual membership is $250. I used it very regularly in the beginning and less this past year as tiered wedding cakes haven't been as popular. I logged on three weeks ago to get a rough draft of a cake and send it to a client. The 3D cakes and sketches stopped downloading and they also stopped sending in the emails. I messaged and the only response has been that someone will be back online tomorrow. A week later someone on my team messaged and they received a response so by this point I knew that they were deciding not to get back to me. I've messaged at least once or twice a week since and they have not messaged back. I have tried everything on my end to figure out how to get these cakes to download properly. We have a tech support employee here and she hasn't figured it out either. I am extremely disappointed in the LACK of customer service and care. Before using this program I didn't have a log of my inventory or a proper list of ingredient costs (it was all kept in a spreadsheet not in alphabetical order) so you can imagine that was a pain. I love how with Bakingit, you can input your prices and products and it will automatically calculate your costs. It's helped me understand how badly I was under charging before. I also love how my quotes and contact information is kept neatly and organized. > > **Inconvenienti**: There's not much that I don't like. Sometimes you'd experience a bug or two (like a quote would somehow get corrupted and therefore can't be emailed out or even edited) That does not happen often though. Sometimes minor features don't seem to work smoothly like the search in the contacts section. With regards to the 3D cake designer, I think the concept is fantastic, but it needs a bit more tweaking to be perfect. > > Overall, I really love the program and I'm happy to renew my membership every year. I think the golden ticket is the customer service- the people who run this program are wonderful. They go above and beyond to help you solve problems.
