> **Vantaggi**: Very great software to help automate your electronics repair business\!  Can perform alotta functions and automatically performs most behind the scenes  tasks needed to efficiently save time and grow your business.  Cheaper than most similar software.

> **Inconvenienti**: For me, one of the cons was the inability to connect to unlock servers through api connection.  This is big deal because it would help keep all info such as prices and the automation of cell phone unlocking synced behind the scenes.  Big dealbreaker for me as this would save alotta time for myself.

> **Vantaggi**: ’ve been using the software for 4 years. regular software for basic repair shop, is a long way to do one ticket. be ready in front desk because you will need at least 15 min.

> **Inconvenienti**: It is operationally robust, but it lacks updates and has fallen behind in terms of user interface improvements. What I find particularly problematic is that you cannot perform upgrades within your own database. To update, you are required to “archive” items one by one manually, which can take an extremely long time.

> Customer service is very poor and unprofessional. I was genuinely surprised by the lack of basic courtesy, receiving responses in all caps and in a rude tone. In 4 years, we have only reached out a couple of times, and now I clearly understand why my technicians want to migrate to another system. Not only were we not provided with a solution, but we were also treated poorly by someone named \[sensitive content hidden\].&#10;Overall, if you are looking for a system that works at a basic level, it may be sufficient. However, do not expect ongoing support or continuous improvements over time.

> **Vantaggi**: Cellstore did not miss a beat with creating this platform. &#10;&#10;As mobile repair store it covers every single thing we could ever want in a POS. It revolutionized the way we did business and made us so much more efficient and organized. &#10;&#10;My favorite feature is the "low stock" option in the products module. You can set a threshold for each individual item and once the QTY falls below that threshold it will show you in "low stock" and we basically use this list to order or stock. Our previous POS system we would have to manually look up everything to see how many were left and if we needed to re-order yet. This software keeps us running like a well oiled machine\!

They have literally made changes to their entire platform based on our feedback - what could possibly make one feel more appreciated as a customer than that?&#10;&#10;Today we stand with zero issues with the platform. It could not be any better for our business.

There has not been one e-mail gone unanswered and it never takes very long to get a reply. &#10;&#10;I love how open they are to hearing how the software could be better for us. > **Inconvenienti**: Updates and new functionalities, rarely happened. The interface is pretty dated. The worst part, I used this software for more than 6 years, but they thought that a single client was not a problem to leave, only because from time to time, paypal or the bank, did not accept the monthly payment.

> Until last year, everything was fine as an experience, but the last 6 months have been a problem. I was pretty shocked when I was booted as a client and they did not want to do business with me anymore, because paypal had tried twice to get the money (30$/months) within 5 days, and said that there were insufficient funds. I must admit, this has happened other times at the beginning of the month, but none of that was my fault but the bank vs paypal communication. However it does not justify the fact that they decided to cut ties with me and that I was problematic on the payment. I offered to pay in advance, or to pay directly, but they accepted only paypal subscription. I'm really disappointed in them
