Commenti: As a new employee in our company, I can see who my colleagues as well as the hierarchy. There is also calendar to track the holidays. It is so helpful for me. Especially I have all my important documents stored in the system.

Aspetti positivi:

It is so easy to use and more convenient, you can install the app in your phone and even log in to your laptop. It can track where you time in and time out. It is accurately recorded. You can request documents you need and also you can access it any time in the system.

Aspetti negativi:

In my 3 months of using ZenHR. I think none, I didn’t encounter any issues about it.

Nothing stands out to be honest. I've used a few before BambooHR and ZenHr, I really encourage you to have a look at BambooHR, simple and easy to use, as a manager I've always found it easy and efficient to use it.

Aspetti negativi:

Employee tree and vacation module. My main use case is managing leave requests and the UX for doing so in ZenHR is far from perfect.

Commenti: Great application, I recommended it to managers and team leaders in other companies to ease the operational tasks on them, and on the employees

Aspetti positivi:

Easy to use, direct, sharing of people's birthdays, notice on who's off/working remotely, ability to apply for multiple things instead of going to the TL first, like OT, Vacations and so on, and many other options.

Aspetti negativi:

I believe that there is no need for the clock-in, clock-out option since we don't use it, and the fact that you get your fingerprint access at the begging of working with Clarity.
