Excellent solution and excellent customer support
Commenti: I had numerous interactions with their customer support and I find it simply excellent. I had cases of them working with their developers to fix an issue we were experiencing with an integration. I also had them actually release an integration few weeks after I asked (our ATS). Lastly, they keep regularly and proactively updating about other things I asked. Their customer support is simply excellent, responsive and reliable.
Aspetti positivi:
Justcall integrates incredibly well with a large amount of other Saas. Their ability to thread Callcs, voicemail, SMS in a single conversation within several different CRMs is something that (incredibly?) remains something very unique. Most other solutions do voice but not texts and if they do texts it is only through their own dialer but info doesn't flow to the core Saas that originate the communication. With Justcall we have the ability to see all conversation regaridng of medium in a single place, be it a candidate conversation in our ATS or a support interaction in our CRM/ticketing system. It works and it work well.
Aspetti negativi:
They seem to be moving to new plans that include unlimited calls but for our user case that is not the best. I have relatively many users for a relatively low traffic so I prefer to keep paying phone traffic separately. Not an issue for us as we remain in the old plan, but something to assess. Most other solutions in the market beside Twilio will likely also have an unlimited calls options by the way.
It's doing well enough, but I wouldn't say I'm excited about it.
Commenti: It's been ok. We use it for our general sales call, customer support, as well as outreach campaigns.

Combination of both a general phone system, as well as outbound calling campaigns and predictive dialers. Justcall IQ also is very useful for sales training as well as call reviews.
Aspetti negativi:
Numerous users have connection issues. Audio cutting in/out during calls. Other similar services that require stable connections like zoom don't seem to have a problem when justcall does for some of our users. Support has been really slow lately... likely due to 10DLC, but it just means more downtime for me.

User-Friendly JustCall

It's only when it sometimes lags, but it could be because of my internet connection, too.

Commenti: Very good. Strong support and quick responses. Straightforward features are easy to use and manage.

Easy to set up and manage. Simple dashboard with straightforward features.
Aspetti negativi:
Calls randomly drop. Contacts aren't always saved after adding them. Minimum of 3 seats for certain tiers.

JustCall overall good product

I like justcall because anyone on our team can login to the browser and see which team member is on the line and see who they are on the line with. We also utilize the fax feature which is convenient to have all on one login. We also use the texting feature a lot with our clients which makes it easier to communicate with certain clients and it is through the business number and anyone on our team can reply/ see the messages which is helpful. It also records the calls that way you or a coworker can go back and listen to conversation. It also links to HubSpot and tracks any communications which we also utilize and is convenient to have all communications in one spot. There are a few things I have asked on customer support normally answers fast if you have any issues and follow up always. We use this app Everday as our main source of communication besides emails. We also are able to schedule the lines to be ring only during our office hours which is also very convenient.
Aspetti negativi:
A few downsides to just call I think we have is not being able to transfer a call directly to a voicemail. This would be a nice feature for when someone is on the line already or just can't take the call at that moment instead of it ringing to their line. Another thing I think with the faxes is that it doesn't send you a confirmation of the fax once sent.
It is a company that listens to the needs of its users
Commenti: It is a good telephony solution, it comes with integration to different CRMs, making it easier to record information and maintain control over the number of contacts. You have the ability to listen to your calls and view data such as the number of calls per day
Aspetti positivi:
Whenever I need assistance with an error or bug within the platform, they try to resolve it in the best way possible. It is easy to use, practical, and very intuitive I have used their AI integration a few times since it is part of a more expensive plan, but it offers several advantages and conveniences for call summaries and note-taking, as well as various interesting data points.
Aspetti negativi:
The support team is from another country, and it is only possible to communicate with them in English. Despite this, communication is often complicated because none of them are native English speakers, so I sometimes feel that they don't understand what I mean or that they respond with things unrelated to my request
A good product, might not be perfect for everyone

Was looking for a solution to allow us to reach towards customers from all over Europe. JustCall is a good solution but was missing on some functionalities that we were looking for.
Appreciated their attempts at supporting us and how helpful and nice the team was. Good company, can see them helping other succeed!

Efficient and user friendly
Commenti: It's intuitive. I had no experience using a phone system online or doing customer service, and I could learn how to use it in no time.

It's an easy-to-use app that has several communication methods in one place. The call recording feature is also very helpful.

Sometimes it can be tricky to do 3 way calls, but other than that everything works great.
JustCall - Fantastic Organizational Communication Tool
Aspetti positivi:
Our organization captures all phone communication through JustCall's integration with our CRM. The integration allows me to call or text contacts directly from the CRM without typing in a number. This is a true timesaver! Additionally, JustCall's reliability is impressive. Calls are clear and never dropped.
Aspetti negativi:
If JustCall could create, save, and share texting templates to send to contacts quickly, it would be near perfect!

From time to time, texts are not able to go out to certain numbers. It says "error unable to send SMS to landline" although it's a cellphone number

Commenti: well its going ok, but sholud be better, for example our phone calls doesnt have the recording option and we are trying to contact them a week for that and no response, also the app in the phone the time and dates are wrong , and never update to the right time or right date, i think for the price i am paying should be worth work everyhting and the should contact us fast for the solution

Unauthorised charging and short refunds. Locked out of account with credits bought and paid for.
Commenti: A nightmare! I lost weeks of time and thousands in generally predictable income. I wish I would have got hands on earlier. The thousands spent without first hand dealing with them. I wish I did it years ago. I am excited to cut costs and work with a company that does not allow there staff to act like this.

for the 4 times I got to use it the mass text. And even though I never got a chance to use it the AI bot sounds interesting but. Other then that I liked looking for a new company that will respect all levels of business not just what it looks like at face value.
Aspetti negativi:
CUSTOMER SERVICE! Rude and condescending. repackaged standard offers as ways of trying to fit a categoric failure. I felt like I was being pitched by cons. and the con was horrible at cons.
Exhausting and Tedious
Commenti: The Just Call support team are very responsive but can never do anything to help. The service is totally not suited to compliance checking and makes my job almost impossible.

The quality of the call recording seems good.
Aspetti negativi:
Finding the calls needed for compliance is ridiculously hard - you can't remove 5 second calls from the list, only the client name appears on the call window but only the number appears in the dashboard. There is no option for configuration for the company's needs in an overview and reporting is only one simple report.

Easy to use

The team immediately noticed the high call quality, we didn't have any more dropped calls or weird connections with people, which is a big win when dealing with possible clients.
Aspetti negativi:
Sometimes it freezes or asks me to stop calling so fast in a row, let it breathe. I think that could be fixed.

I like the bulk texting, I wish it was a bit easier to schedule stuff out for bulk also but it does the job.

It is slow, If I am sending text 20 at a time it can take 3 or 4 mins to do it and if one doesn't send it stops everything else after that

JustCall is Just Covenient

Commenti: Pretty okay, for the price if you really are looking for SMS I think it would make sense just don't expect an A+ product

We mostly got JustCall for the SMS features which worked as intended. The Hubspot integration into the workflows was great.
Aspetti negativi:
Call quality, calls occasionally would drop and it wasn't the easiest to setup. A lot of complaints from reps on ease of use.

It's fast and easy to use! I make all the calls that I want without an issue.

Sometimes it crashes, especially when I dial a bad number or the like, but it's so fast it fires back up in a fraction of a second.

No autocorrect feature! Messaging highlights errors in words but doesn't offer an alternative for the word you're trying to use.

JustCall is easy enough to use -- occasionally have issues with delays but might be due to internet bandwidth. We have an integration to our CRM that seems to work well.

routing inbound calls -- when someone calls into our direct line, there is a good way to route the calls to appropriate parties. Also the integration to Close seems to only be one way from JC > Close

Great way to Power through a ton of Numbers

Once you're setup - you don't have to think about anything. Just turn on the dialer and go. Also, having a pre-recorded voicemail makes the experience even better.
Aspetti negativi:
Setup is a little confusing. But Customer Service is great.
