Trustyou help us to quickly cover any gab in the operation or the business as reports and performance can be controlled and reviewed on daily basis , reduce the time and effort , reduce and help in changing from the paper work ear to the advance Hi-Tech era. very helpfull and recommended.
Aspetti positivi:
This software is very convenient for people specialized in hospitality field , it Summerazie and merge for you all the OTA "Online Travel Agent" and websites reviewa in one place . So it reduce your time and efforts in naviagtion between different platforms.And in the same time give you KPI "key performance index" for you property standard. There are different positiive and adavatage for using Trust you as Follow :
* Reduce your time and effort in seraching for reviews from different platforms.
*Gives you clear picture about your performance in the market comparing to the other compatitors.
*Breakdown the areas of performance like cleanliness,service Friendliness and Housekeeping Performance.
*Your social media performance comparing to the other compatitors.
*Daily, weekly, Monthly Performance comparing to last year.
*One platform for evaluating and reviewing the published reviews per guests .
Aspetti negativi:
Software is really one of the best in the market and the only weakpoint is the price need to reconside but overall comparing to features and easy use will be acceptable.

Aspetti positivi:
We are working in a tourism sector. And guest satisfaction is most important for us. Its very easy take all guest comments, give answer and hold under the control by trust you. You can organise reports plan and take you automaticly daily, weekly or mountly. Useful and easy.
Aspetti negativi:
Just a bit expencive. We have seven hotels and we are paying to much each hotels.

"Good tool, but not essential"

Aspetti positivi:
It's great how easy is to access reviews from all sources and reply to them from the backend.
Month-to-month analytics is important for team KPIs.
Aspetti negativi:
We used it for a small hotel (57 rooms) and the yearly price was not high. It helps a lot with work, yet it doesn't bring additional earnings (it is possible to monitoring 3-4 main OTAs with a low number of reviews manually).
I'd recommend a tool for bigger properties (it will save a lot of time)

I recently tried this product and my reviews skyrocketed. It is not your everyday review monitoring service, it actually sends out the surveys and collects all your reviews across the multiple areas where guests may be responding to review requests, such as google, expedia, booking.com etc..It allows one to answer and alerts you daily as to the activity for your property(ies). The dashboard monitors and graphically shows you how one is trending, identifying problem areas. It can also respond directly to the guest as well as the platform from which they have choosen.
Aspetti positivi:
System automatically pulls your email from my property management system (cloudbeds) and sends out automatically after departure for response to a self created (if you choose) survey or templates can be applied.
Aspetti negativi:
Be prepared to respond!

"Muy decepcionado después de años trabajando con Trust You"

Después de varios años trabajando con Trust You, hemos terminado nuestra relacion de una forma muy mala. Considerando la situación que ha habido con la pandemia, hemos utilizado el software tan solo 80 días en todo el 2020 y nos han querido facturar el 100%. Luego nos han propuesto "Regalarnos" 3 meses en 2021, exigiendo nuevamente el pago de la cuota al 100% y al parecerme abusivo les he pedido la baja. Al estar afuera de plazo, no la han aceptado y hasta ahora me han enviado una carta por una empresa de gestión de cobros. Así es como tratan sus clientes fieles.
Aspetti positivi:
Inicialmente había sido sobre todo por precio y luego me había quedado con ellos por pereza en buscar una alternativa.
Aspetti negativi:
El software se ha quedado muy básico si lo comparamos con otras herramientas como Reviewpro
