> **Inconvenienti**: The reporting system has may flaws and some reports are completely unable to be read by accountants because they are completely wrong. Their reports are unable to accurately show commission payments…citing 890% commission rather than the actual percentage that is being take …making entire categories unusable .

> Difficult to get payouts. They hold the money for over a week. Unlike Sqare or Stripe (even though they use Stripe)…which deposits daily….CloudBEDS holds your funds.

They worked with us on their rates so that it made sense for a small hotel like ours. Customer Support has been absolutely outstanding. \[sensitive content hidden\]  was my technician and he has been absolutely outstanding throught the set up process. We've been able to add dining bills from our restaurant and create reservations so easily. I can't recommend with more enthusiasm.
