Commenti: Great once the software was integrated and all the staff was trained.

This software is a one stop shop for closing, accounting, and documentation management. Customer support is responsive and knowledgeable.

There is a bit of a learning curve but they have a large quantity of learning materials and support to assist.

Qualia meets all our needs easily and economically

Commenti: The Qualia experience is intuitive. The sequencing for data entry matches our normal procedures and thought processes. Changes are easy to make in data.

The interface is easy to use. Customer service is prompt and awesome. Custom documents are easy to code. Accounting is simple.

We have found nothing lacking in this software.

Worst Experience in my 21 year career in Real Estate. NIGHTMARE!

Commenti: It was a DISASTER from the get go. The onboarding they require focuses more on trying to sell you additional services that Qualia offers for even more money instead of training. My staff is very software friendly and we used this daily for over 6 months only to be told that our numerous concerns were based on our inexperience and inability to learn a new software.

We were promised before I switched legal software that they ALWAYS have the most recent title forms on Qualia. This was an OUTRIGHT LIE, and after using for more than 6 months they still do not have the updated forms. We were told that merging documents would be "easy" and "fast" and it absolutely was not. Accounting in the system is terrible, as you cannot overwrite checks and deposits in Qualia if something changes at the table.

Poor Customer Service

Commenti: The reps dont know who to call and i have emailed 2 times. no response and there isnt a direct number to call nor online help.
terrible experience and was considering them for future title company access.

For 2 months I have been trying to obtain access as a notary in the market place to renew my notary as now I have RON cert. I have spent money waiting for a response and I am waiting to renew my stamp but i still havent heard if i will get access to the system.

Once set up, not hard to use, easy to follow screens to input your data.

Aspetti negativi:

Customer service. They are quick to send you a job aid for everything. That would be helpful to have once you have gotten through your issues but they send it before checking to see if your issue has been resolved. I have been working on a issue for 3 weeks now with no resolve. They are very helpful when yo ask to add on additional service however, after this we will stick with the basics.

Commenti: Qualia has been a game-changer for us, being able to bring in partners and customers. Centralizing email has been wonderful, and the accounting functions by and large are really strong. It's strong for any sized company, and shows clients you're a modern-day company.

Aspetti positivi:

Where to start? Being able to use it on any web browser, for one. Being able to invite settlement agents and customers to add selective info is another. Multiple users in a file at the same time is fantastic. The accounting functions are strong, and being able to create custom reports is good.

Aspetti negativi:

I wish their docs were a little easier to use and manipulate. Some of the accounting functions can be finicky, and it would be helpful to have the ability to export any accounting data as csvs- not just the reports. I have nitpicks with their banking/check printing functions. Their help sections could be more detailed. More bank integration would be helpful. But seriously, it's great.

Aspetti positivi:

Qualia and its integrative features, templating, and custom document creation make it so easy to work quickly and efficiently. I love not having to manually save changes, and how you can see changes made instantly in the documents. Being able to message my staff and ask them questions through Qualia makes it easy for individuals to work remotely and keep our phone lines free.

Aspetti negativi:

The only thing I wish qualia could do is order MLC's through the software for municipalities that allow online ordering.

Commenti: Overall I love using Qualia and would recommend it to anyone in the title business.

I love Qualia. It is very user friendly and easy to train new people. The videos make it simple. I just love this title product compared to others I have used.

The only thing I don't like is that there is a lot of updates and the functionality changes sometimes and I didn't realize that happened.

Commenti: I liked Qualia when it worked but once they feel they have you locked in, service disappears.

This software is incredible when it all works as it should. However, when it doesn't you will be put off

The Customer Service is horrible. Qualia quit interfacing which my bank correctly. I am told that it is a third party contracted by Qualia which is the issue. At first, I got the run around and was told to review many online trainings. I was even sent to individualized training where the trainer admitted it was a Qualia issue. When you call customer service, you get "go review this link" (training) or "that's not my job". Today, customer service even offered to put in a ticket to "add a new feature" for a feature that the customer service representative didn't even realize was already a feature in Qualia.

Commenti: Support folks are incredibly helpful, and the most recent update allowing users to customize their order dashboards has been extremely helpful for everyone in all departments for at-a-glance reporting and decision making.

Qualia is easy to use and integrate with third party platforms like Gmail, making communications and document management easy. It's encrypted, so our clients feel comfortable sharing their information, which is huge.

Aspetti negativi:

At times, sending documents will fail if file is large. Simplifile will occasionally give a county not found error. The reports tab is restrictive in not allowing a custom date range

Makes my life easier

Commenti: This product is AMAZING, and makes my life so much easier. I get praised on the speedy and accurate work I always do; and a big part of it is the awesome resources I have within Qualia.

It has everything you need in one hub... I use Qualia daily to open files, order title, record documents, post-closing tasks, and so much more. It is truly great.

Aspetti negativi:

Modern technology always has its ups and downs, the only thing I can think of is the lag time for refreshing policy rates and/or documents and issuing final title policies. Sometimes it takes longer than it should or just doesn't work at all, so I'll have to refresh the internet page I'm in or restart the whole computer.

The automated request for information is just one of the perks of this software. When I go to inquire about an item I needed answered from a client, the client has already plugged in the answer by means of the auto request.

It seems there are technical issues if a user happens to change their telephone number during the escrow process. They are unable to have the password redirected.

Commenti: It has definitely changed the game in software for our business! There is nothing out there that can currently compare to its level of service and competence.

It's extremely user friendly. You have the ability to learn the system on your own without the need of a formal teaching setting.

There are several state-specific needs and guidelines for our business that are not included or already built into the software. But that being said, the Qualia team has worked with us to make sure that we have all the necessary state required items.

Commenti: There are so many benefits I have realized since I started using Qualia. I highly recommend at least trialing the program.

Qualia Connect is a great feature that I use several times a day. The program is well integrated and although it takes some time to set up, you will save a significant amount of time on the back end.

Retroactive capability for modifications to workflow, task management, etc. would be very helpful.
