Now my team is able to make almost 1.6x the calls in the same time.

I have been reporting these issues for over a month without receiving a proper resolution. Customer support lacks urgency and accountability, requiring constant follow-up while providing little meaningful progress. Troubleshooting steps are shared weeks after the issue is reported, and the burden of diagnosing the problem seems to fall entirely on the customer. For a paid business communication service, the reliability and support standards have been extremely disappointing.
