Commenti: Quotazione di moduli non necessari che poi non annullano.
I moduli presenti e necessari presentano numerosi BUG, roba che non ci si aspetta nemmeno su app appena create

Aspetti positivi:

L'unico vantaggio che avevamo è che avevamo già il modulo presenze per raccogliere le timbrature e quindi, sbagliando, abbiamo ritenuto che aggiungere i moduli per comunicazioni, richieste di ferie/permessi, turni, ecc... fosse la cosa migliore. Grosso errore!

Aspetti negativi:

Supporto pessimo e zero capacità di analisi degli analisti e anche dei tecnici. A costo di spendere il doppio per cambiare applicativo non farò più alcuno sviluppo sul loro software HR

Ampie possibilità di utilizzo e pacchetti selezionabili per svariate attività

Troppo rigido, poca possibilità di poter agire in autonomia senza dover passare dall'assistenza e poco intuitivo

Commenti: La mia esperienza complessiva con Zucchetti è nella media, non posso ritenermi pienamente soddisfatta a causa della complessità e della lentezza che talvolta lo caratterizzano. Nonostante questo, quando funziona bene è un ottimo software per creare cedolini e buste paga corrette e precise

Il vantaggio maggiore dell’utilizzo di Zucchetti è la precisione con la quale ci consente di lavorare ed inserire i dati necessari a creare orari di lavoro e cedolini per i dipendenti

Aspetti negativi:

Essendo utilizzato da tantissime persone generalmente sempre nello stesso periodo di tempo (fine mese/inizio mese) capita spesso che il software si blocchi causando così disagi e ritardi nei cedolini. A volte ha molte regole per l’inserimento e potrebbe risultare complesso da imparare

Il prodotto ha una buona interfaccia grafica che rende intuitivo l’utilizzo anche a utenti non esperti

Aspetti negativi:

Ritengo che sia necessaria una guida più particolareggiata per alcune funzioni e che si crei un interfaccia con il desktop telematico

Costa molto e l'interfaccia è esteticamente brutta e poco intuitiva.

Zucchetti HR offro una suite completa a 360° per la gestione del personale. L'integrazione di più applicativi è fondamentale così come l'anagrafica unica.

This ERP is a good solution for Italian PMI, as a lot of module that cover all of corporate functions and industry. Zucchetti's consultants are very focused both technically and on business.

Good HR solution for T&A - Payroll- Travel management

Aspetti positivi:

We use the SAAS solution, with sw completely managed and updated directly by the Zucchetti's services. HR Portal and Time & Attendance and Travel Expenses applications used directly by workers are user friendly and apreciated.

Aspetti negativi:

There is a lack into HR management module, Zucchetti should develop a new application or make a joint-venture.

Commenti: I have been using these platforms for many years now. The company has certainly benefited from a better organization of human resources both for payroll and, more generally, for the control of the workforce in all its aspects.

the use of the software may not be easy at the beginning for those who are not fully involved in the work

Support as great as the HR Suite

Aspetti positivi:

HR Infinity is such a good software. Even though, at the first glimpse the Suite is not so easy to learn, once the Zucchetti Team teach you how to specifically use the different applications, the entire system works well, with tons of different funcionalities to help both the HR Department in everyday tasks and the employees with an easy user experience. The most beautiful thing about Zucchetti HR Infinity is, for sure, its depth, how the administration user is able to go deeply inside every different aspetct.

Aspetti negativi:

The set up of the different funcionalities and the initial complexity due to so many funcionalities. Moreover, for the initial period, the application menu is not so easy to understand without the support and training of Zucchetti's Team too.

It's omnicomprensive, almost every aspect needed by an HR software is there, from payroll to safety to business analytics.

Aspetti negativi:

Some modules have been developed less than others and some minor basic functionalities are not implemented even after years that they have been requested by many customer. Sometimes the customer support takes days just to fix some basic glitches.

it is not easy to fill in the forms and it is very inconvenient for the same information to be entered manually in several fields. The passage through the various masks should be automatic.
