Can have a learning curve due to the amount of features but easily learned

Good Quote/Proposal Tool for Small -Medium Business
Commenti: Overall, I feel ConnectWise CPQ is a good tool for small-medium sized companies. The document storage helps with organization, the templates are minimal, the professionalism in the proposal design is really nice but this is not a tool for highly technical quotes/proposals.

The document management was really helpful. I could always find what I was looking for quickly. I also liked the professionalism in the design of the proposals.
Aspetti negativi:
The quoting/proposal creation really did not work well for our company. We had a hard time using the templates and needed customization all the time.

Commenti: I was lucky enough to attend a ConnectWise Sell boot camp many years ago and I learned so much at that event. You can really automate so much of your quoting process.

I love how customizable and flexible it is. It has a ton of functionality and it's very powerful if you know how to use it.

It can be complex and overwhelming to configure. There are a ton of fields hidden by default. You definitely need a consultant to help implement.
