Intuitive - if one can navigate using GPS, one can use this app very easily

> Solves the problem of searching for reasonable/available parking once one has arrived at the destination, by actually planning ahead, and reserving a spot at the parking lot of one's choice, and just following GPS directions to that parking lot. Easy.

Spothero charged my card anyway and for the last two months I've been trying to get my money back but Spothero refuses to do so and submitted my CC info to my credit card as proof of me using this HORRENDOUS App. I tried a supervisor today and he was just as useless and unprofessional. IF U SEE SPOTHERO, run away

> **Inconvenienti**: On a few occasions, I've been confronted with a full lot despite my use of SpotHero. It feels as though the "reservation" through SpotHero should take precedence, but that's not always the case. Getting refunded in those situations has been relatively easy.

The app does a great job providing options, and I appreciate that the time is usually extended automatically to allow for more flexibility. It's easy to use and extremely efficient.
