Commenti: I've really been enjoying Broadly's product for getting feedback from clients on every visit we do, whether good or that something we can work on, so that we can address promptly. Additionally, their communication platform for webchat & text capability has be an extremely valuable add to the way we are able to connect with our customers and soon to be customers. Definitely have seen an increase of social/shared reviews which we prior would really only verbally hear from clients, so glad that it's being put out more for others to hear about & I feel it's helped us connect with clients that might not have done the extra call or email to us had it not been for the chat option on our site.

Aspetti positivi:

First off, their customer service thus far has been outstanding in helping me get going and fully utilizing their platform. I really like it's simplicity which makes it easily understandable with minimal "training" needed for any team member(s) that need to have their "hands in the pot". The prior is for both their review/feed back function as well as their chatbots.

Aspetti negativi:

Thus far, I have honestly not experienced any cons to this service/platform/software. We're about a year into using them and fingers crossed this doesn't change.

Easy to Use

Commenti: People don't always check their voicemails, so when a customer doesn't answer the phone it is nice to be able to send them a SMS text as well! It has really improved our communication with customers!

It is wonderful to be able to communicate with customers via text! At times sending a photo is a lot easier and clearer to understand than explaining things over the phone.

Aspetti negativi:

I wish the 'review requests' didn't automatically send when adding a new contact to our system. If we forget to uncheck the box they get a review request before we have even done anything for the customer!

Aspetti negativi:

The product I was sold is no longer the product that is being used. It now only focuses on google. When we joined Broadly the reviews were supposed to toggle to whatever platform the customer used most often.Also, it's not possible to delete past employees from reports.

Commenti: Overall, my experience with BROADLY has been good. It is easy to use, and it is a great platform to be able to SMS/text message & email customers all in once place.

I really like the SMS/text & email features on BROADLY. It is really simple to navigate the BROADLY portal, and the customers seem to enjoy being able to reply via text message; it is quick, and easy. I also like that BROADLY integrates with my Pest Control Scheduling/Billing software program.

Aspetti negativi:

I do not like that I am not able to send invoices or connect my payment processing up through BROADLY. I do see there is an option to send customers invoices.

Broadly has honestly been a game changer for our business. We have so many positive reviews that people can easily read because of Broadly. The way it seamlessly integrated with our software with critical, and also the fact that we can use it to message with our customers is just an added bonus that at first I didn't even realize would be so useful.

I really can't think of any. I guess if I had to say, the fact that I can't "pause" it in our winter months when we aren't operating, but really that's not a concern.

I’ve used Broadly for about 3 years and find that it has been a great way to distinguish myself from other home inspectors. Broadly helped me set it up so that positive reviews are posted to my website automatically. When a potential client is shopping, the reviews have often been the deciding factor. I have also found it extremely helpful that Broadly will write a brief reponse to a review, thanking the reviewer. It is important to let a client know that you’ve read their review and appreciate it. While I should certainly do that myself, it helps that its done for me if I can’t get to it quickly enough.

Aspetti negativi:

As with everything, there was a learning curve faced with gaining familiarity with the dashboard. Over time, I've learned to use it and have no issue.

Commenti: We have only had broadly for a month or so but so far we love it and cannot wait to see how it progresses our business.

We love that all of our communications between Facebook and Instagram are centralized.

The marketing campaigns are lacking and just because you respond on the broadly does not clear the notifications on the other platforms.

Commenti: Our experience with Broadly has been very well. We've obtained so many reviews to our business' that are positive. We're been able to have more direct communication with our clients via text.

Aspetti positivi:

I like that this software can automatically send out the review requests and catch negative experiences, so they can be handled behind the scenes. I like most that we can use the software to text with out clients, and have multiple ways of communicating. I like that we can get google leads with the broadly app, so people can message us directly and help gain business.

Aspetti negativi:

We chose to turn the live chat off of our website, for it slowed down our website speed. Also, when clients send pictures back to us in the text message they turn out very very blurry I wish they would come back clear. I wish we were able to hold templates in the app to just add onto chats, for we will use the service to remind clients about appointments, or hearings, etc. It would be easier to be able to save templates.

We find that it makes it easier to reach out to customers to answer questions & schedule appointments. Also, it has increased our Google reviews. It also makes it easier to collect payments from our customers.

I don't like the fact that we cannot prevent negative reviews anymore. Also, it would be nice if we could do partial credits to customers that pay on Broadly.

The product is easy to use! I love being able to respond to customers directly, book appointments, send review notifications and respond to reviews, which immediately post to our Google Business page. We get SO MANY reviews...and it's all because of Broadly!

Integration of the product was fairly easy with our business. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was a HUGE help and support. The only glitch or issue we have is inviting other team members to Broadly so they can see their reviews or send links to their customers for reviews.

The best part about broadly is that it is easy-to-use and can be automated to solicit for reviews from new and existing customers that most likely would have never given a review even though they wanted to. It gives the nudge they need to help our business out and makes them feel like they are contributing to our success and to the community by voicing their opinions.

I have yet to find anything I dislike about the product.
