Its biggest strength is customization, code updates, development and code management. You can tailor almost every part of the system — workflows, dashboards, automations, and even entire apps, without needing deep technical skills. and provides great security.

Salesforce Platform is powerful, but that power comes with complexity. The interface can feel overwhelming at first, especially for new users.
