The customer support at BoardPro has been too-notch and I have been really impressed. The value you get with BoardPro for the money spent is extremely valuable.

> **Inconvenienti**: To be honest, I don’t have anything I don’t like about BoardPro. I would recommend a more robust calendar view of board meeting events, and the ability to create other board related events (not board meetings) that can be viewed and filtered on the same calendar view. This way board members can see all events and board related activities that are important for them doing their job governing the body of their organization.

> **Vantaggi**: I really like how easy it is to use and how intuitively it supports a relatively non-technical user to produce agenda, complete minutes and process all committee requirements. When I've needed to reach out for help, support at BoardPro has been almost immediate and very effective with useful step-by-step instructions to complete the task at hand.

> **Inconvenienti**: I don't think there is anything I don't like, I've now used BoardPro for two totally different organisations and it is awesome, despite their differences. Initially, there is a bit to get used to and sometimes feels like I'm doubling up in making notes but there have been some minor tweaks and I'm getting better at noting too :)

> It can only be a good one, really excellent system and having run numerous boards in the past using just word and excel, I cannot believe how much time was wasted and doubling up work with no BoardPro in our lives. Painstakingly slow, sometimes very hard to collate all information and really not easy to convene, I used to dread some of these meetings. Not any more, BoardPro kinda does it all... except speak\!\!
