I'm really happy that we take on this project and I'm looking forward to see what next steps are in our future path together.

> **Inconvenienti**: For adding a new on-boardee you need to use his/her personal mail. But once he joins the company is difficult to track. 
Employees use it before joining but once they have joined they ignore the e-mails sent to them for pulse checks. I haven´t seen any employee completed 100% and I am not sure what is missing or why they cover maximun 25%

Great functionality with many options if needed (although we might be bad at utilizing them all) and we appreciate the information flow from Webcruiter about planned developments.

> **Inconvenienti**: However I miss a complete HR-platform with the same efficiency and user friendliness that reuses the information information gathered in the recruiting system. The recruiting system must be able to speak with other HR-systems (such as Onboarding \& Talent Management). But I do believe this is around the corner and that Webcruiter will solve it.

> All in all, we are very satisfied with Webcruiter recruiting system – it is easy to use, gives you a good overview and is likely to be one of the best systems on the market.
