> **Inconvenienti**: There is very little I dislike about Loomly. Occasionally due to privacy and connected social sites' log in changes, I will have to reconnect apps and reschedule posts that failed, but that doesn't happen frequently.

> I have tried several other social media scheduling apps with the different companies I have worked for, and I always come back to Loomly. It's usability, cost, and customer service can't be beat\!

They did not allow me to export my content and have not proactively or clearly posted their pricing model. It feels as though they are holding my content hostage and now demanding I pay the equivalent of my last yearly fee to get my content before leaving their software.

> It started off very well. It has recently soured. I have reached out several times to try and get my content exported before the auto renewal and the support staff are not helping me get my content. It feels predatory and unkind to small businesses like mine.
