high efficiency increase - Dynamics Telephony is covering all professional customer service needs.
Comments: by implementing the software at our customer site in the professionell customer service we could significantly increase efficiency, make life for agents easier and increase the quality of customer interactions remarkably.
Pros: userfriendly tool makes life easier: the interface is perfectely integrated into Microsoft Dynamics CRM user Interface
Cons: it is not yet really known in the german speaking market & a bit of know how is needed to get started.

Comments: We could continue to use are existing phone system without investing in a new solution for our Sales team.
Pros: Dynamics Telephony integrates with our phone system really well. The seamless integration assists our Sales Team to carryout their day to day job with ease.
Cons: Customising the initial setup to meet our preferences was a steep learning curve, not having hands on experience with Dynamics 365. Dynamics Telephony worked alongside myself to meet all the criteria we where looking for in a phone system integration tool.
