The out of the box package is very basic, and we have required additional customization to fit our business needs which I feel should be part of the out of the box package. There is limited flexibility when requiring reporting. > > Although there have been some challenges to get some functions within the Elcom CMS to work for us, or we have been able to create a work around, dealing with Elcom, in particular the Help Desk, has been excellent.
