> **Vantaggi**: Culture cloud is a great tool for employee recognition across different levels of the organization. It makes it easy to recognize others and helps suggest the reward amount. It also keeps track of all recognitions in one convenient place.

> **Inconvenienti**: Employees are awarded points and pay income tax on those points. Because of this, I would prefer if the reward catalog point values were at or below MSRP for most items. For many products, the additional taxable income received in the form of points is above the MSRP for the product although by a small amount.
