> **Vantaggi**: Nothing.  This app consistently selected more expensive and less convenient flights.  I always shared a screenshot with management to show that I was saving money by NOT using the Navan app.

> **Inconvenienti**: This app is highly inconsistent and usually selects inconvenient and most importantly, higher cost flights.  One of my employees was booked on a connection from LA to Miami, on a propeller plane for one of the legs.

> I strongly recommended that my organization stop using Navan.  It was not reliable for finding low cost flights and it also requires in process approval which delays the booking.  Instead of embedding company rules, it requires each manager to approve in the app, and by the time that happens the cost has changed.
