> **Vantaggi**: This is a very easy to use software that helps us manage PHI and ensure employees are not storing anything they shouldn't be on their desktop. The GUI is great, streamlined and easy to identify alerts. The ability to customize what alerts come through to identify birthdays, SSNs, provider information is easy to set up as wel.

> **Inconvenienti**: I wouldn't say there are any cons to this. The only thing I would suggest would be to update the filter system when reviewing an endpoint that set off an alert. Once you put in the endpoint name, you then have to search and then select. If it finds an exact match, it should populate automatically.

> The ability to manage protected information that employees may have saved on their hard drive by accident or temporarily.
