I mostly use it to make sure our workstations have updated software. I can do this from home after business hours when the machines are not being use. I try to respect the amount of time connected through the companies servers by using IP addresses when possible, but having ID access when away from our network allows me complete flexibility. And, even though I am using the "free" version, customer support has been helpful when I had a problem, and things were "fixed" quickly. But, I have only ever had two problems, so it is a small sample size.
