That proved not to be the case. The platform’s upload and payroll functionality could not properly accommodate multi-location labor allocation. After extensive work with support and leadership, the only workaround offered was manual payroll entry for employees across locations — employee-by-employee and data field-by-data field. Additional issues included: capabilities discussed during sales that were unavailable in the U.S.; double payment of quarterly payroll taxes in the six figures during implementation; delayed recovery of those funds; incorrect refund allocations between business entities; and unresolved rebate/refund commitments. Leadership did acknowledge many of these failures and escalated internally, which I appreciate. However, the operational impact on our organization has been significant.
