> **Vantaggi**: It is user-friendly, while allowing you to create and store from easily. Customer support is always friendly and helpful. You can't go wrong if you are the one creating the form you need. They have free form creation and paid, however, you do get more options with the paid subscription.

> **Inconvenienti**: The only thing I didn't like was that they have monthly subscriptions, but you are billed annually. So, if I found another place to create my forms that I liked more, then I am stuck with them until my year is up, or lose the money I paid for the year, and just switch. If they state monthly, then you should have the option to pay monthly.

> Overall, my experience with Zoho Forms was a pretty good one. I liked the fact that I did not have to go through endless automated calls to get to customer support. I also like the fact that customer support was always very helpful, and each of my calls made me feel like my issue was a top priority.
