Aspetti positivi:
We have used Aprio for more than 10 years. During that time we have had lots of turnover of staff and board members. Rarely have we needed to provide formal training. For the most part, we simply provide the login access to the new user and they teach themselves. Board members find Aprio useful and easy to use.
Aspetti negativi:
I tend to use the desktop version when I set up a meeting and load materials because I find the functionality better. However, for just reading my board package or having it available during a meeting, using the App on my iPad is just fine.

Commenti: I have found Aprio to be user friendly. I have a large board with a broad range of technological experience. Directors who have little computer experience still find it easy to use.

Commenti: There customer service was very quick to respond and very friendly; however, the technology did not keep service wise.
Aspetti positivi:
This was the first online board platform we used for our organization; however, it did not meet our expectations. The only feature that appeared to work correctly and we used regularly was the expense management functionality.
Aspetti negativi:
Unfortunately, there are many. Login issues, syncing issues, annotations/surveys showing for some but not all, documents error loading, file error loading, app would close off for no reason, etc.

I like the level of service I have received from the support staff. The training and video help library is also very detailed and in depth. I appreciate the continuous updates and check ins with staff, and the emails that come out, outlining the updates. They listen to their customers and act on the customer's feedback. The product itself is great in terms of meeting all of my organization's needs, and then some - there are features available to me that I don't even use fully.
Aspetti negativi:
I wish the search function could search within documents, not just titles.
Great Easy-to-use Platform
Commenti: I would say Customer Service is 100% helpful and very quick to respond so thank you! When I have to learn something new, it is very helpful for staff to send screenshots and instructions as they do. I find that in the moment, I usually don't have the time to go to the Help button and try to find information there.
Aspetti positivi:
It's ease of use and intuitiveness. It's customer service is second to none! The platform is fairly easy to navigate and you can easily find what you are looking for if you have a good naming convention. Using templated agendas from the past is a real time-saver.
Aspetti negativi:
Uploading is easy however when you need to move a file, there is no drag and drop option. You have to go to the end of the line, move into the next screen as the information is not all on the same screen, click on the three dots and then edit. Too many steps. When you need to move several documents at once, I have no idea how to do that. I would also like to have color differentiation to showcase different things in the agenda itself. The Agenda creation is not very professional looking so I don't use that option at all which is a real shame.
