The application of filters is particularly valuable, as it allows users to select the desired level of analytical detail and offers a high degree of customization. In addition, the Insight Co-pilot feature helps quickly retrieve information and supports high-quality qualitative analysis.

I would not recommend it for team members who have a hard time learning new technology. I also wish there were a mobile app. The website doesn't work well on a mobile device, and being able to access insights on the go is paramount for social media teams.
