All'inizio ero in difficoltà ad aggiungere un nuovo PC alla rete dei condivisi. Ci ho messo un po a capire come fare. Sarebbe utile una guida più chiara da consultare su tutte le possibilità del software e su come usarlo.

Si comporta come prodotti più costosi e lo fa con prestazioni simili. L'uso è immediato e l'accesso remoto molto veloce. Lo uso da poco ma sicuramente continuerò ad usarlo. Per l'accesso fino a 10 dispositivi direi che è perfetto. Per maggiori dimensioni non ho esperienza

Al momento non ho visto criticità. Solo una leggera lentezza nell'aggiungere un pc

Reliable and affordable

Inexpensive trouble free remote desktop access

Commenti: Very positive. Our company was looking for a inexpensive solution to enable our employees to access on premise computers for the few remaining applications we run that do not offer a easy way to access without being directly on the company intranet. RemotePC is a bit slower to establish a connection to a remote desktop compared to other applications we have used, but once connected there are no speed issues so it is a more than acceptable compromise considering the price.

RemotePC is a basic remote desktop platform offered at a fantastic price. It will allow a user to access any number of PCs remotely through any web browser and includes multimonitor support. A simple low cost solution to providing remote desktop access to your employees.

Aspetti negativi:

The website can be a bit slow and sometimes the initial connect to your remote PC might take a minute to be established.

Amazingly Simple Access

Commenti: I have been blown away how simple the program is to use and the functionality of things like file transfers, remote access, and mobile device apps for pc access. They have a new customer that will be a return customer!

The program has extremely easy setup and onboarding. I’m now in full control of my tech stack without the need to lug laptops all over creation.

I wish the pricing was a bit more incremental. I’d really like to manage a few more devices but not as many as the next pricing tier.

Nothing really so far it has been a great experience, we were using TeamViewer and Remote PC is much better, and it has become our application of choice for remote access.

Remote PC is Great!

Commenti: Compared to what we have been using for years, this is much, much better! I would get kicked out all the time and have to reload it. Recently they changed and we could not download it with blacking it out.

A program that is affordable and Easy to Use

Commenti: I am extremely pleased with both the software and the company response to any difficulties with initial set up. Support is easy to access and the agents are very easy to deal with and very friendly.

Simple, cheap Remote access software

Commenti: Great remote access for a fraction of the cost of others such as TeamViewer and AnyDesk.

Aspetti positivi:

Price. Ease of use. Works across multiple devices and operating systems.

Aspetti negativi:

Sometimes file transfer is slow and interrupts and needs to be restarted.

RemotePC is in, and TeamViewer is out.

Smooth, fast, and efficient. The job is hard enough, and we don't need another hurdle in support.

I can't find anything yet. We've already gone through two weeks of projects, and there haven't been any failures.

Easy to setup and train my employees and works great. Especially love the "performance" mode, we've had issues with other producst having too much lag, but Remote PC has made it feel like we're in the office even while working from home.

It's more customized for IT professionals, but once you get the hang of it, it works great for people like us using it to remote into our workstations from home.

For a personal user it was so easy to setup and use

The Best Ever

I tried too many apps like Anydesk, or Team Viewer, but both need authentication to accept remote requests, I am working on a VPS, and if I want to log in directly I must buy 30$ account a year. I found Remote PC cheap, simple, and effective solution to do that

This is the easiest and most affordable remote support solution out there. Install the full suite on the manangement computer and the Viewer client on the supported machines and log in and voila, you are managing remote clients securely and quickly

Excellence in remote control

Commenti: I had the need to support a series of devices, with private IPs that accessed the network through LTE routers with private addressing, so alternatives that use NAT were not suitable for me. I tried RemotePC and it was brilliant, fast and efficient control of all equipment, for a very moderate price
