FANTASTIC tool! Helped me to boost my productivity & efficiency and made my life so much easier

What I like most about Drag is how it made my life much easier, and allowed me to become way more efficient and productive than what I was in my pre-Drag life. Bring able to organize my e-mails / tasks in different categories, in a SUPER visual friendly way, helps to me better focus in my priorities, keep track of my to-dos (completed and to be completed), and save a lot of time.
Aspetti negativi:
For work reasons I have to use both Gmail and Outlook accounts, and unfortunately I cannot yet sue Drag in my Outlook. But my understanding is that it is in the plans of the developers to extend the functionality to Outlook at some point.

Aspetti positivi:
Keeping me organized is a challenge and a necessary evil. I work for 8 different companies and have my own business. All of it needs organized quick, easy, and in a visually recognizable way. Drag does all of that ane more. Dragging cards/information from one place to another without having to learn lots of steps and organizing my inbox in a visual way has helped my organization.
Aspetti negativi:
It doesn't have all of the integrations I would like (yet), so I can't use it to my personal maximum choice of integration with other software I use daily.
Unethical Practice
Commenti: The app maybe good but their business ethics are shameful.

The software itself was ok but ultimately I decided not to carry on with it.
Aspetti negativi:
Buyers beware. My initial purchase was for a year upfront. After a few months I stopped using the software.... all fine. I did the trial, and thought I could get some use from it. Unfortunately that wasn't the case so I was not minded to renew. 12 months down and I get an email stating I have subscribed for another year with invoice details. Obviously I did not want this to happen, and what with watching my events business go up in flames thanks to Covid and all the implications that brings, the renewal date had sailed passed me. As soon as I got the email, I got in touch with support for a refund on the product as its no longer needed. Sadly, they have taken the money and are refusing a refund. No remorse, no sympathy. Utterly reprehensible.

Hi Edward, it's a shame to hear that you were not happy with our services. As communicated to you previously, Drag is a subscription business, which means that, unless the subscriber cancels the subscription before the end of the billing cycle (which has not been done in your case), a new billing cycle is automatically initiated. I have been using Drag for quite some time now and am really enjoying it.

I like that it allows me to create order out my inbox in a more robust way than just tags or folders and can be set up in a flow for the way that I work. My Inbox can get pretty unruly, so to have a tool that integrates into gmail and allows me to handle things where I spend most of my time is fantastic. It really takes the Gmail experience up to the next level.
Aspetti negativi:
I wish there was a mobile app so that I could carry the experience across my work environments, but I am assuming this is in the works and will be made available in the not too distant future.

Been using it from the start and really helps my email management

Aspetti positivi:
Light-weighted. Simple but great tool to manage your emails as "to do list" and prioritize tasks. You can turn in on/off on a click of a button.
Aspetti negativi:
As it is a fairly new software, some features some bugs appear here and there (nothing major) and some features are still in development.

Best Gmail & ToDo tracker for small business
Commenti: Don't lose track of stuff I need to do in the future based on emails, like get back to a client in 2 months or prepare a presentation in a week. I can safely forget about it until I need to come back to it.

It is a SUPER product for the single person business - where emailing can be a really huge burden. Gives basic CRM functionality - enough for a single business person or small team. Gives a clear overview of email for easy management. Track emails as To-Dos. Easily keep track of follow ups & tasks based on emails.
Aspetti negativi:
Hard to manage multiple emails - say shifting 20 emails from New to InProgress Can be slow to load (but getting better) I'd like better Dragg functionality within each mail so I don't need to go to inbox for each one.

So far it has been very easy to use and lets me see everything I have coming up.
Commenti: Organization of my never ending inbox, and the ability to keep messages near the top, even though I'm not ready to review the information yet.

I have emails that I need to keep unread in my inbox until I am ready to review the information. Sometimes takes up to a week so having multiple columns to organize the different subjects has been great. This way the emails I need don't get pushed down the list and forgotten.
Aspetti negativi:
It does take a little longer to load than without. I am also using another extension inside Gmail so using both is likely causing some minor speed issues. Once I have it open it doesn't seem to affect it too much however, and I tend to leave my email open all day so not overly worried about it.

Just what you need when you have a lot of work to do

Drag and drop. As easy as that! This made to very easy to use the tool! Its very intuitive and therefore makes it less overwhelming to use.

Color customization limitations. I wish I could add more colours to it and change its look better. The idea is to be able to change it as per my mood.

Very useful gmail add-on for email organization

With Drag App my inbox looks very organized and email prioritization got a new level. With Drag I am always up to date both with new and old emails. Very useful add-on!!!

Sometimes it is in conflict with other add-ons that can cause bugging of Drag, but it does not happen often.

Drag has had a huge impact on mine and the teams' daily activity. It has meant we can remove tools which were contributing to a hefty sales stack and we will now use Drag and it's features to manage: - Sales - Customer Support - Project Management As fantastic as the product is, a big big win for me has been how responsive the team is. Not once have I experienced Customer Support like I do with Drag.

No big complaints from me. The team works hard to resolve any bugs and communicate this with me as a user.
Finally a way to tame my inbox
Aspetti positivi:
Really love the how organised my inbox has become after installing the drag app. I can get a clear idea of the tasks that I need to work on and I no longer need to do double data entry like I used to. The UI is nice and clean too. New and great features are added often.
Aspetti negativi:
nothing at this point in time, I have had issues with some things in the past, but they have all be fixed with this latest version. And when I have had issues, the support team are friendly and reliable and they respond quickly.
This is a MUST HAVE extension if you like to prioritize your inbox into tasks!

It really does look and feel like Trello. I've tried using the Multiple Inbox feature in Gmail but it's too glitchy and emails get lost. Drag is awesome because I can customize the columns and easily drag the messages to the appropriate places! And it still works with other extensions that I use and need, like Streak and Hubspot. Thank you!

Right now, the only thing is that the text at the bottom of my Gmail page is white and hard to read. It isn't as though I need to see what my storage capacity is, but I do wish it could be customized a little more (Drag customer service is awesome and said this was something that's being worked on!)

Simplify the creation and daily management of my mailing list as a backlog stream in a kanban card in which you can see the general trend at a glance.
Aspetti negativi:
In Chrome, it is slow to load or refresh the page if there are many pending emails. It is inconvenient to scroll the page.
Organizational Lifesaver
Aspetti positivi:
Makes organizing and prioritizing emails and tasks so much easier. This been a life saver for my work emails. It's reduced missed email tasks that get lost in an overfull inbox and I don't snooze them away forever like with other apps.
Aspetti negativi:
There's a few glitches and bugs, but they're working on them. It's not perfect, but they seem to be trying to fix things quickly. They're also really open about the product roadmap which makes any issues you have less of an issue because you can see when they're bing worked on.
I really need manage my hundreds email
Commenti: I have to manage hundreds of daily mail and this app let me organize and visualize the most important mail. I ussually feel stresed and late in my response, but now I feel my inbox is in control and, most important, I'm answering to my clients on time

I visually have a canvas of my conversations by email, what I have to answer, what is in progress and what I can answer during the week. If you love trello, you will love Drag.

My experience was good but I wish I had more time to try it.

Well for me i took quite some learning and trial and error before i really grasped how Drag worked and how i had to re-organise my way of handling email.
We love how easy it is to use and how easy it is to keep organized.

You don't have to do anything, it sets up itself and you just drag the emails you like. It's also fast now which really helps. No more wasting time with clunky CRM solutions that don't play well with Gmail and make you manually import contacts and emails. This works right away and is the best one.
Aspetti negativi:
I like everything about it. But sometimes it causes Gmail to reload the entire window, which isn't a big deal but is time consuming.

The ability to go deeper into organizing my emails and obtaining a Zero inbox was superb. It was easier than using tabs, files, stars, etc...
Aspetti negativi:
When I first started to use it, it was slow to load and stalled my browser/email. This led me to not use it until the company had upgraded it a bit.

By far my most used chrome extension

How easy it is to use! The extension has yet to crash on me or be unresponsive- which is unheard of with most extensions

There isn't a con- I use this daily and I love the ease of use and that I don't have 900 tabs open.

I became much more productive with Drag as it enables me to focus on what matters most to me. Developers talk directly to us to ask for feedback and ideas.

At some point in the past, when I logged in with multiple emails, it caused my gmail to keep restarting sessions. I think this is fixed already in newer versions.
Can not work with out it now.
