Commenti: 10/10. From start to finish I've been impressed with its capabilities and feature that will help streamline aspects of business as well as enhance customer experience. The introduction to SMRT by [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] really opened my eyes to what MY business needed and how well the SMRT system works. Quickly handing it off to [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] for a longer period of great training. Over a month [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] helped me get comfortable with things and show me the ropes. He settled many uncertainties and helped me shape the idea of the new operations of my business. He was always one email or call away- never skipped a beat. I am very thankful for his guidance through this process and would highly recommend SMRT to any dry cleaner I know because of the customer service I've received.

The feature and capabilities to enhance customer experience. The text program was much better than the competition. The training and introduction offered was and turned out to be excellent. The software puts the delivery company in charge. In my eyes this makes things easier and also helps allow more profit. SMRT seems to have everything you can think of to add to your dry cleaning business.
Aspetti negativi:
The format of writing a ticket and how layered in the settings are. I understand why SMRT doesn't have customers fill out a ticket before we pick it up - it's confusing and they don't know the difference between specific items. I think the storefront POS should have a clearer way to check in each item while the customers wait. The "closing ticket" process seems extensive to me The notifications could be a little clearer and be suggestive of how you should act on the new item.

This program is very convenient compared to the old system “spot”. Navigating through the program is much more efficient as well because it is touch screen.

At the moment I do not have any complaints with the program. It is very beneficial to business with how much of an ease it is to use.

Commenti: Overall I have been extremely happy and and the support staff has been great. My one recommendation would be around the onboarding. For the first two weeks during implementation we felt lost. We did not know what to expect until the system went live. We are now 1 month in and becoming very comfortable and making adjustments and fixing mistakes we made in the first couple of weeks. I feel much of that might have been avoided with a better training / onboarding process.

The automation is what is most beneficial for us. What ultimately made me choose this system was the integrated marketing.
Aspetti negativi:
This system does very well for dry clean customers and the wash dry fold customers from my laundromats. However, we also have several large Commercial clients that require a slightly different process.
Wish I Found SMRT Earlier
Commenti: I've really only dealt with 3 people so far. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was quick at replying to emails and very helpful in initial account creation. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was extremely knowledgeable about industry, competing POS systems, and SMRT's software and solutions offered. He had patience while I shopped around a tried to resolve issues with Enlite before finally pulling the plug. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is the man with the plan. Once I got to know him a littler better he really began to shine. He is a problem solver that had a solution/answer to all my questions. Only a once or twice were there things completely out of his control or not in his power to change. He can get things right directly while speaking to him on the phone or 20 minutes hanging up after MAX. He knows the software inside and out and his ability to code is very valuable. He also introduced us to several different methods of taking orders, assembling, and racking we did not do before that are a real time saver.

Being able to call a real person if I am having a problem. Strong customer base. Taking customer feedback and creating updates that make system even easier/ more efficient. Highly reviewed software from dry cleaning peers. As a small plant with no delivery yet, SMRT's systems will work for me now and as I continue to grow. Versatile software that isn't tailored for "one type" of dry cleaner. Several different channels of communication possible with customers.
Aspetti negativi:
The interface is not as aesthetically pleasing as Enlite. Card processing terminal is archaic and lacks modern technology such as apple and android pay, contactless pay, and chip reading. Despite this, payments are accepted 100% of the time which is a relief after switching from Enlite. There is a notable learning curve for older employees due to the software's complexity.

Commenti: It’s so hard to write good reviews for products and services that you love. But when it comes to SMRT I could talk all day long. The business is run like a family and once we decided to chose there software it was like gaining a whole new team pushing our business to the next level.
Aspetti positivi:
Smrt allows you to follow real time the daily ins and outs of your business. I am able to physical leave my facility and check in remotely. This was a huge step in me being able to devote time with my family and given me back control over my business.
Aspetti negativi:
We signed up early so they needed to work on some things. We rolled with the punches and the people at smrt answered the bell.

There isn't just one feature I like but multiple. To name a few: user interface, the pickup/delivery module and notification/communication center.
Aspetti negativi:
I feel the Master/Sub relationship could be pushed further by SMRT for better reporting and distinction between address for On-Demand/Static route.

The software is so user friendly and powerful that my entire business runs on it. It is the complete CRM software, front to back. Not only is it easy for me to manage my business, but it is also even easier for my customers. They can do all the scheduling, communication on their own.

The only thing missing is SMRT does not have A mobile app.

In the beginning I did not like the terminals that were used. Shortly after we switched they moved to a computer based platform.

Commenti: My experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Any time there was an issue that pertained to my store specifically. They made it happen. Example: My paper piece counts, the info and format that worked with my situation, they had customized it to my needs. There are many more of these. They have created a system that I feel was created for me. For that I am grateful.

Modern Day Technology In A Dinosaur Industry

SMRT Systems makes our diverse dry cleaning business simple to manage from one screen. Easy to setup and implement this is a no brainer for anyone needing a POS in our industry. The staff and especially the ambitious [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] are available post implementation to assist in making this product a custom solution for your business. Our two favorite aspects are the client communication and the pickup / delivery function. We love the ongoing updates and their willingness to listen to suggestions. For example, I once asked [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] to make a minor change that would switch all items racked to shelves as boxed items in the drivers mobile App, within 48 hours it was done! Well done SMRT, glad to be a part of this winning team.

As with any change, there are initial growing pains but nothing more than we expected. I do think the customer 'portal' does need to be App based at some point.

Commenti: Our previous Compassmax software was not adequately addressing our needs and we are overall quite happy with how well we have been able to improve the management of our business with a system that is easier to use .

SMRT has dramatically improved the management and efficiency of our business. We have specific needs catering to hotels for uniforms, staff clothing and guest clothing and we needed to streamline and better integrate our accounting and delivery processes. SMRT has enabled us to do this and helped us improve the quality and speed of our business where we need quick turnaround times. We also found that the software works seamlessly with our Metalprogetti conveyors.

Not a lot to complain about. We would like one or two minor accounting features added but those would be specific to our particular type of business.

Route management, customer communication, AutoPay, and receivables management are all fantastic. They continue to enhance the product with fixes, improvements, and new features. Great support.

Limited POS options - no Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc. These have since been added.
7th Avenue Cleaners
Commenti: Ross was great getting us trained. We had a major issue with the credit cards not transferring over. Caused a lot of stress and took away from the ease of the transition. I think rewording some of the questions prior to going live, would ease some confusion we had regarding our delivery service. (master delivery location) We have been using SMRT for almost two months now, and support has been great. Hopefully that continues.

The ease of delivery. It is web based and not app based. Feel like more customer are inclined to log in through a link versus having to download an app. Barcoding system.
Aspetti negativi:
When something needs to be post spotted and you have already assembled, it splits the entire order. Can't just take the item of that assembly number and leave the rest of the pieces there. Some of the reports are a little difficult, but support has been great when we have questions. When making a quick for a customer under the "other" option, we do not get two copies. We have to reprint one. It prints two under the "laundered shirt or household." Thought an update would have happened by now.

The developers are always working to make the system work better. It already works great , but if there is something that you would like for it to do you can request it and it will probably get done. I also like that it is so easy to use. New associates can be up to speed in just a few days.

Having moved from a POS after 20 years that had fell behind along the way, we have found the features in SMRT to be super refreshing. Access to data & reports is so easy and the custom KPI feature is really, really helpful.
Aspetti negativi:
The marketing (texting) features could be much more robust. Some CRM features would be nice as well so that you could track sales leads and so forth.

SMRT is intuitive and has a clean look. The developers are continuously updating the platform and Support is quick and usually succinct.

The help menu is abysmal. Often times have to reach out to Support to answer same questions over and over again.

The software is only as good as the team who's behind it, so far SMRT have some SMRT people behind the scenes. Software it self is easy to deploy operate and understand kinda like plug and play. One of he key things is this guys do a great job working with you understanding your business and tailoring the software according to your business needs and making it more efficient in the same process.
Aspetti negativi:
Not much downside to the software, Going in with the understanding SMRT is a young company doing it right helps, with all software there is bound to be little flaws here and there but the most important thing here is that SMRT likes feedback from the customers so they can do the proper adjustments as more people ask for them or if your business needs it, for me at least that is extremely important that they keep the creativity going.
SMrT is easy to use

Best software for Dry Cleaning Industry.
Commenti: Before implementing SMRT, I hated coming into the plant seeing lots of finished products not assembled, items were double assembled from different satellite. Now my employees and I love the SMRT software. So far we cannot live without it. SMRT makes it simple handling multiple stores and route accounts simple.
Aspetti positivi:
SMRT POS software is easy to use and dummy proof. I started off using SPOT, then went to Starch up. By far hands down SMRT is the best software out there. Their demo process was detailed. They custom made my inputs and migrated all my customers data over. Any issues that arose, was probably one or two at the max. It was resolved in 10-15 minutes. I should have implemented SMRT from day one.

I have no complaints. It is a well designed and put together software which was tailored for the dry cleaning industry.

Easy Transition
Commenti: A 10 out of 10. We have realized process improvements, increased communication from customers, and they have made it easier for new customers to sign up. They have automated the customer experience and made us look really good.

The support is off the charts. I was pleasantly surprised at the industry knowledge from the initial interview. the support team continues to over deliver on every promise, kudo's.
Aspetti negativi:
About the only thing in transition that proved difficult was the adding descriptions on every item again. Looking back it was worth the effort.
