Additionally, the process in managing our families and enrolments is intuitive and robust. There are still many new things I am discovering daily, but overall I am very happy with the software. It is stressful when switching over to new management software, but the support we received from \[sensitive content hidden\] and his team during our set up phase (we actually just starting using Crafts March 1st 2024 after initial training and rollout) was above and beyond my expectations. They are very responsive to any queries, and their support training videos are great reference resources during the initial start up phase. You send off an email, and that's it; parents and staff must respond to YOUR work email, so it takes the communication off crafts and onto another platform. We are still working out our messaging/communication functions and seeing what works best for our team\! > > Overall I really like CRAFTS, and how easy it is to use. As an Admin, I need to be familiar will all current aspects of our software package, and CRAFTS is great to answer all questions, and apply tweaks when possible.
