The program also has an easy view for our managers to review all open tickets for a sort of QA role. The system integrates well with our CAD system. This function and some others can be less user friendly. Employees may require special training from ESO to learn to use some of these features. There used to be a glitch in the system and reports would disappear but this seems to be fixed now > > Our percentage of billable trips has significantly increased with the aid of ESO. Our crews reporting ability has gone up due to the ease of use and lay out of the program.
