> **Vantaggi**: It is easy to store passwords and passkeys across different websites all in one place. Additionally, I like how 1Pass can detect on login pages when you have a passkey and prompt you to use it. Also, the password autofill works across all devices from laptops to tablets to even your phone.

> **Inconvenienti**: There is no easy way to prevent it from locking too often or avoid it altogether when it's more of an inconvenience then it is to keep you safe. Additionally, their payment model needs some improvement as you basically have no free version and can only use it as long as you have a subscription or your employed at a company with one. Also, I don't like how it keeps asking if I want to save SSO logins as I think it is pointless to do so.

> Overall, using 1Pass has been a great experience and has made it easy to store and autofill my passwords across all of my devices. I wished they switched to a more freemium model to allow some features for those who don't want a premium subscription.

> **Vantaggi**: I like how it can store all of your passwords securely and even store passkeys so that you don't have to enter your password on sites that support passkeys.

> **Inconvenienti**: I don't like how you have to relogin to the Chrome extension every time you close the browser if you don't have the 1Password app. Additionally, I think the secret key needed to sign in is very hard to retrieve if you forget it. I also don't like how 1Password continues to promote the personal 1Password accounts if your organization uses it only to have to pay for a subscription once your leave the company.

> Overall, 1Password is a great password manager that offers the security and passkey features that many other password managers do not. I like how they prioritize security even if it is a double edge sword and makes thing inconvenient.

> **Inconvenienti**: There is NO customer support system. You can't find a phone \# to call. Chat was useless. I canceled when i asked to speak to someone and none was offered over Chat.

> Terrible. CHAT couldn't help me. I told Chat that if someone can't call me and walk me thru it, then cancel my new subscription.  They canceled it. I guess they don't care about my business. ZERO PHONE SUPPORT IF YOU NEED IT.
