Abbiamo adottato da poco questo software con la società presso la quale lavoro, per gestire calendari sportivi, appuntamenti con atleti e pianificare alcuni appuntamenti cadenzati nelle settimane sportive.

Serve di sicuro una buona conoscenza del software per utilizzare il 100% delle sue potenzialità.

Great Booking and Appointment Management System

Aspetti positivi:

Great solution under the same subscription which is already semintegrated with familiar Microsoft tools. Incredible performance overall and syncronization across different devices and apps.

Aspetti negativi:

Permission control could have been handled better and access to the booking system via other Microsoft platforms and add ons is rather difficult. Same goes for usual utilities and options which are available on other Microsoft applications. Still it is easy it integrate and manage, but not with other soft than Teams.

Simple and Functional Bookings

Commenti: I love it. It has saved me a lot of time and hassle. It is fully functional and simple to use. I highly recommend it for everyone who needs to have meetings regularly.

Aspetti positivi:

I like how easy it is to do what it says it can do - Book a meeting. Instead of mentioning our available time and going back and forth about the availability of both parties, I just give the booking link and it gets easy for everyone. I also like that I don't have to pay anything extra since it is included with the Office subscription. Other thing I like very much about Microsoft Bookings is that the bookings and cancellations are automatically updated in my calendar so that if someone books a meeting but cancels it, other people can again book at that particular time slot.

Aspetti negativi:

I wish it automatically created teams meeting once the booking is done (similar to calendly), but it doesn't. I also wish we could customize the booking link to match the theme of our website. Other than this, there aren't many cons of Microsoft Bookings.

Cancellation impossible

Aspetti positivi:

Very feature complete. The software provides a lot of abilities to manage calendars across locations and employees.

Aspetti negativi:

1. The API is in beta, gets changed without warning, lacks major convenience features like requesting availability and overall seems to be built in order to make the usage of scheduling without Microsoft UI as hard as possible 2. We tried to cancel the service but Microsoft locked us out of the account. The support will not take our termination and refers to the authenticator app. Since we do not have that app, we cannot log in. We are paying since over 6 month without receiving any value. Microsoft Support stopped responding to our request to cancel. We consider to ask our bank to block the deduction of subscription fees because of fraudulent behavior.

Makes meetings easier

Limited customisation options when creating bookings for future meetings and is not as intuitive as other options.

MS Bookings For The Win.

Commenti: Despite the smaller number of options, this is my go to scheduling package.

Microsoft alternative to Calendly

Commenti: So far, so good. I've set it up for the different types of meetings I offer for my students (indiviaul versus group), and I see that it's perfectly synchronized with my calendar.

Aspetti positivi:

I like that I can save my custom meeting times no matter what type of meeting for. I also quite like that it syncs effortlessly with my Outlook calendar.

Aspetti negativi:

I have not found a way to make a link not expire for a longer period. I would prefer to be able to customize this option.

Vital for distributed teams with multiple systems

Commenti: We have people all over the country using many different systems to book time with our staff. Bookings takes the guess work out and allows users to control their calendars more effectively. If someone is attempting to schedule a meeting and isn't on the network, we immediately provide the link to our Bookings page and make it easier on everyone.

Aspetti positivi:

There are many tools that provide the same type of service as Bookings but the security of the Microsoft suite was important to us. We've previously used other tools but we were able to get everyone into Bookings which made training and troubleshooting easier for the entire staff. Our recruiters are asked to meet with students daily and rather than emailing the student their available times, recruiters can simply provide a link to the calendar which allows students to pick an available time simply. We work with several partners who don't have visibility to calendars when scheduling meeting. Access to the individuals' bookings page makes scheduling easier and reduces the chances of people getting double booked. Meetings booked through a Bookings page is moved over to the Outlook calendar with a notification. Cancellations are also updated in Outlook and the attendees are notified.

Aspetti negativi:

The customization opportunities are limited. Users can set things like email reminders and calendar invites, and modify color schemes and logos. Would like to see more integrations with other MS products. For example, if a meeting is booked that is going to require a conference call or an online software. It would be nice to automatically have a Microsoft Teams meeting and invite created and emailed to the participants. Ability to create a one-time bookings page that incorporates the calendars of several people would be a nice addition to the product.

Microsoft Bookings for School Parent-Teacher Conferences

Commenti: This system has saved us countless hours and a great deal of confusion for scheduling parent-teacher conferences for 60+ staff and 1000-or-so families. It is easy for those making bookings, and staff have immediate access to the details of their bookings through their O365 calendars.

Ease of use, 24/7 availability for clients, minimal staff time required for setup and administration, automatic calendar / Teams meeting creation for staff, reminder emails for everyone involved.

Aspetti negativi:

Initial configuration is time-consuming and not always intuitive, and there is no way to remove the wildcard "Any staff" option from list of staff members clients can choose.

Microsoft Bookings

Commenti: Saved us so much time, and back and forth emails. We would not be able to do our seasonal hire without it.

Aspetti positivi:

Our very small team annually hires over 150 people over the course of a few months. Having the ability for our team to sync their calendars/availability and let interviewees book their own interviews has been a game changer for us. Saves so much time and effort. It auto syncs with Teams so everything is taken care of. And since its built into the Microsoft suite it wasn't a separate program we needed to pay for. Bookings really runs itself once you've set up your parameters, which is so important to us.

Aspetti negativi:

As we are using it for interviews, we must have two of our own staff present on the interview. Teams can't book with two of our team without me making a built in team of every pairing. So I do have to manually enter the second interviewer, which is frustrating. This is the only downside we have found with bookings.

Perfect appointment manager

Good product. Little issues here and there like everything else

It’s pretty easy to use from a user and admin standpoint. I assist people with Bookings much more than use it, but I see it’s usefulness

I find random issues where the links change for some reason, it takes a few times to save changes, and formatting in the calendar event details gets funky

As this product was included in my organization's Microsoft 365 subscription, I decided to use it instead of sign up genius.

Aspetti negativi:

The product took a bit of time to adjust to compared to sign up genius. I however did not watch any tutorials.

Smart & Easy Online Booking System

They are also offering free trial version which is very good for checking and testing of service and later you can purchase it for enjoying complete benefits of this amazing service. You can cancel and reschedule your bookings without any hasstle and this service keeps you up-to-date with upcoming events and developments.

I would like to see more features and simple integration with other microsoft products then this service will further enhance there capabilities.

Integrated with Outlook for simple and effective setup and deployment

Since this is part of the Office subscription we already use in our company this software was a great no additional cost component for our needs

The one thing that is missing was the ability to have the person booking set a time period that works for them instead of being locked into creating set intervals

Just Falls Short

Aspetti positivi:

As with so many things from Microsoft, this software just falls short of delivering what we need. I operate a consumer bankruptcy practice and I deal with consumers, so text message reminders are a must. The text message reminders in MS Bookings do not work. The texts often give a time 2 to 3 hours after the actual appointment. I have spent quite a bit of time reading about this and changing the time zone settings. I have contacted customer support. They want me to run several tests on how I do things and show them why I am not scheduling the appointments correctly. Another drawback is that there are 0 integrations. MS Bookings does not even integrate with MS Outlook! If your client enters the contact info to book the appointment, wouldn't it be a no brainer that you could them move that over to Outlook? Sure. Can you do it? NO! I am moving to a service that will correctly text out the reminders and cut out entering the contact info multiple times.

Impossible to make a recurring appointment (in 2021)!!!

Commenti: I think it's an unnecessary product and that they should have simply improved Outlook (which is already pretty great).

I think the ability to send unlimited reminder emails is a nice feature, but it's already possible to customize email reminders in Outlook (albeit unfortunately in a more limited capacity--it seems like you can only choose a one-week reminder or a one-day reminder, which I don't understand) so why doesn't Microsoft simply make the email reminders in Outlook more robust?

I have been forced to use this software to book recurring weekly trainings for up to 6 months, which means I am obliged to MANUALLY ENTER each and every appointment for my students. I think that the reminder emails are a nice feature, but it's already possible to do in Outlook. Frankly I find it absolutely insane that you can't book a recurring appointment. It might work great for something like a hair salon, but for regular appointments, it's torture.

Easy planning, by your customers

Commenti: It really solves the booking problem. There is no middel person needed to take phonecalls and schedule customers in. All is done for you and scheduled for you.

Aspetti positivi:

When offering a service, where customers have to see and book available days this is the best office. Integrated in the office 365 package it has great compatibility with the other applications. Made bookings are placed directly in the agenda and new customers are placed in the contact list. The customers sees a clean and clear webpage provide by microsoft.

Aspetti negativi:

No cons, this really is a great application with no better.

Best booking tool out there!

Great way to book appointments

Commenti: In our office, we have to work with the other remote offices of ours so booking appointments is very important and having work on ms technologies if you have an application from Microsoft which is such a nice ,is great.

You have full controll over the entire planning. Also for costumers it is all very clear and user friendly. I'ts easy to use and at this point there are no functions that I miss in this application. The support for this app is very helpfull and with fast response.
